I am counting the days until I leave, I have never met more nasty and angry people who drive too fast . Construction here also terrible, and pot holes all over looks terrible. I feel bad for the animals, the people drive 65 through the woods with no concern about the animals, it's disgusting.

Yeah you don't DARE say you hate the people here, the only thing is that the people actually SUCK really bad. You don't want to point out how bad they actually suck, how they represent the worst traits of the north and the worst traits of the east coast simultaneously. 'Michigan nice' is just a pathetic front. The people are standoffish, constantly grumpy, clique-y, absolutely not open to ANYTHING, and quite often extremely dishonest in business. I had a cruze and that car was a very bad purchase. I had some problems and now I sold to a friend of mine, I did a check up and was everything okay then when he bought it he start to have a lot of problems. I never in my life buy gm cars anymore. My new car is a honda accord and was the best I did. NO chevy for me

I had Chevy Impala 2015 drove it 6 years straight never had issues

Michigan has missed again

I’ve lived in Michigan my whole life and the road problem is because of the giant auto industry. on the roads you got semis everywhere and we put salt on our roads (which is actually worse for the roads by the way) instead of sand which is better. Even if we do start a campaign for better roads it’s going do be a billion dollar project and it will take a long time.

Dumping my 2011 equinox for an outback wilderness. The rust, the mechanical failures, the poor quality has made me not even want to look at chevy or gm, which sucks because they make great driver space for tall drivers.

owned - 1990 cavalier - no problems, 2003 monte carlo - no problems till I hit after 90.000 miles, 2017 Camaro - 2 recalls and transmission shutter, 2021 Camaro - no issues yet, but this is my last GM

been buying chevy since 1990, cavaliers, monte carlo, camaro's....i love GM but yes there are issues...why do they put a 1.3 liter in a trailblazer or a 2.0 in a blazer....the quality and reliability is not there anymore, hate to leave GM but Mazda cx-30 or toyota rav4 or toyota 4 runner is better deal...shame...

This video has convinced me that when my grandmother's inheritance drops, the following year we are moving back to colorado. You are absolutely right about colorado. The area I lived in was pretty backwards, but most of the places that I could access, the people who hated me could not. There was peace there. There was beauty there. There was weed for $99 an ounce out the door. There were hiking trails. Beautiful mountains. I'm leaving, even if this man wants to sit up here sad and depressed for the rest of his life. He's so stubborn. He has depression because he's in this place. And the daughter that he used as an excuse to not leave here? With what he makes here, coupled with my disability, we would have been living very well in the area where I was living. And his daughter would have been flown out once a month. He has seen her all of six times in the past 2 years. And she lives right around the corner. He doesn't get that this area is killing him. He's going to sit on a couch and dream about a sports car he's never going to be able to afford to buy because of how corrupt the state is, until he breathes his last. he has also gained a great deal of weight, which I don't have a problem with.. but he does. Nobody wants to walk for their health along a busy street filled with cars and horns and drunk people. But in his mind he is that little boy running from his house to the beach in south haven, and he thinks that if he stays here he's going to have that again. We'd have to be multi-millionaires to ever get a house close enough to the lakeshore. Meanwhile, where I used to live, 1 hour away were a hundred lakes. 7 hours away was Bear Lake Utah/Colorado. The beauty out there used to make me cry. And here? Nothing but being trapped in an apartment day after day after day so that someone can go to a company that's familiar to him. He's convinced himself that nowhere else in the world will he be able to be exploited while working with his best friend, who he never sees outside of work. If this is what he wants, fine. But I'm not staying in this god-awful place.

Everything you are saying is correct. I moved here from Colorado because I had no choice. My fiance grew up in South Haven in the 70s, and he thinks that Michigan is still like that. Where you can just walk through a ravine for one block and go to the beach. Because he has buried his head and just gone through the cycle of work home beer sleep, he is not looking up to see just how f****** horrible it is here. I have a special needs child and I have been battling the school district for years to get proper care for him. Same thing with doctors. My son and I are suffering, and this man has chosen to look at our suffering and see it as an inconvenience to him. Or see it as something insurmountable, because Michigan is where his bones need to be buried. The majority of his family doesn't even live here anymore. I'm leaving here. If my son gets into the appropriate school, I will wait until he has graduated. But I refuse to live the rest of my life in this frigid place with vitamin D depleted people, who tailgate you and are rude. I'm tired of dealing with one of the most racist places in the north. The weed here sucks, it's not even potent. They charge way too much for it. The electric bills are insane. This place should evaporate off the map. I'm from virginia, and if it weren't so expensive to live where we need to live, I'd risk my dysfunctional family and move back.

America used to have the best cars from luxury to family based mid sized SUVs nowadays they charge you so much for a midsize SUV that’s only going to last you 10 years before it will start crapping out on you and ford, Chevy charge too much for a car that is built like crap after Chevy realized they were spending more to make their cars than Ford they cut the spending by 20% and that just shows of how much GM don’t care about quality or their consumers all they care about is money which a lot of car manufacturers do but Chevy is by far one of the worst
