I ended up having to purchase three of those 10G adapters. Most of the cheap ones are not genuine Intel controllers. I ended up paying a steep price for and intel 550 T2 controller. Although it was the only network card that would work in my x4 slot.

Are you filming in "wide" and EIS?

I just recently got into FPV drones and keeps seeing people say you can't print frames. At the same time I see a lot of people using PETG. I know a little from browsing the fosscad community and you don't want to use PETG because it's to hard and will shatter. If PLA+ is good enough for a Glock and the impacts associated with it than there is no reason it shouldn't work for a drone.

What's the biggest contributor to the low volume? 5 blade props?

I'll look through all the comments but I didn't find anything similar, I did the camera settings according to your instructions, but as a result I still get a .MOV file with 8 bits and full hd resolution. Please tell me what I can do wrong? also wanted to ask your recommendations for setting up the twilight camera. P.S. I use Googles 3 with the latest version of the firmware (also with Ham file hack). I actually found and bought a L connector 4-pin to 6-pin off of eBay for my VX1000 but it unfortunately it bends the opposite of the way I’d prefer. I really dig your solution here though-brilliant move to use that 4-pin to 6-pin adapter-going to look into making something similar for the VX1000 and also my PD-170. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I like what you’re doing. Filament color is personal taste. I imagine pink/white shows up well on camera to separate 33F vs Sigma IP, but I’m shamefully susceptible to tacticool marketing. I wonder if a monochrome scheme may be a bit more enticing.

You are flying right over other people and in between them. That is not only illegal but you are doing a disservice to the fpv community. Why would you fly in such a crowded spot? In Europe you need to stay 150m away from uninvolved if you are flying a non-certified drone...

installing truenas on anything bigger than 32gb or 64gb or so is a waste. truenas only allows 1 pool on a drive, and the boot pool cant have anything else on it but trunas images. itll keep older truenas images available to boot after you update it, but they are only about 2gb a piece. all data pools, even the apps dataset, have to be on a different drive than the one with the boot pool, you wont even see it in storage.

I have build in progress. Just have to add 4 more drives. I'm kind of curious what some basic throughput and latency numbers are for your build. Very surprised to see it beat out the local NVME in your comparison.
