As an experienced Master Tech I'll let you know that I never use a clutch alignment tool, and I do as you did and have random bolts which do the job (unless its a pull type in which case you need to compress the clutch before fitting so a tool is a must), but overall I am impressed with your work and think you should apply for an apprenticeship.

hi man for the stiff gear stick issue it can be the plastic parts that need replacing or ifu take out the fat metal selector u can drill out the pivot whole a small amount since the corrosion can cause this

isopropyl or acetone usually works for glue residue

91%, or if they've got it, 99% isopropyl alcohol will remove the residue without hurting the paint or leave a greasy spot like any oil would.

Try to use a string to debadge it, it would he much easier and wont leave any residue

use any cooking oil, strong rub on the sticker leftover and use the plastic scraper. it will peel like butter. then wash with soap water to remove oil

Heat gun and some tooth floss takes those badges off a charm with no need to scrape that plastic squeegee on the paint. Then some tar and glue remover followed by some light polish will take all the residue off and make that area look even better from a light polishing

Alcohol will take all the residue off my wife does vinyl work all the time put it on a paper towel hold it on the area for about 30 sec then reapply alcohol and wipe clean

Baby oil gets rid of sticker residue in my experience.

Next time you bleed the clutch make sure to bkeed before you revserve bleed and fill the actual tube that sits on the bleeder before hand

Got a pretty similar dashcam which I only use as a backup camera. I placed mine with the help of some custom parts in the department infront of the gear lever. However mine is LHD so if its in Reverse I have a clear field of view, yours may be obstructed due to RHD.

Got the same floormats with red stitching. Fit really good but mine already have kinda permenent dents in it after 250km of driving. Cant say how they go from now but they look good, are cheap and are some of the only ones made for the car. Unless I have to replace them like every 5000km Im happy with them.

It’s a real shame, as someone with a fiesta, it works sort of like a street legal go cart, especially with such a small engine you can fill throttle it and still be doing almost the speed limit, but there great cars and i absolutely love mine, but it’s good to see you came out ok, if you want any help with your new one I’d love to come and help out

Sorry for your loss. Unfortunately we all make mistakes but then we learn from them. The main thing is everyone is alright. It is sad losing a car you once loved i lost a vxr in a little accident i loved my vxr at the time. Tyres is definitely a important thing not to under estimate. Check your brakes aswell.
