🎶 Fresh Hopped Vol 1 Lyrics:
I’m a first-year hop, called cream of the crop.
My lupin, in bloom again, so don’t go busting my chop.
Cause I’m fresh off the bine wet, dripping, and hot.
My bitterness will get you tripping with the acid I drop.
I Got Flavor, aroma, a one-stop-shop.
Put the oil in the boil just to make the wort pop.
Yea you thought I was rot, but I can’t be stopped.
Let’s get fresh-hopped!

I've been reading that the longevity of the refrigeration system is shortened if you have a freezer set to higher the. Normal temperature is this true?
Awesome 😁 that reverse osmosis song is a smash hit 🤘🏾 pity it's been released 40 years too late!
🤣 the end sent me. I want to give this recipe a shot. i don't have nelson or ctz handy. got any recommended replacement?
Ain’t this the pool guy
Ello mate! Have you tried different lvls of Na in ur beer? Typically for a neipa I try to go for 50 ppm. It makes it juicier imo, kinda like a chocolatey dessert.. you add some salt sprinkles and it makes it even more lush and deeply sweet.
I'm a little new to brewing, only been doing small batches. But i'm about to do my first batch using water chemistry. My batch will only create a gallon of beer, my question is what should i do after the boil? I lose water that isn't quite a gallon, so I've been adding water when it cools down after the boil. Should I just not care if I lose less than a gallon, or should I add treated water? Thanks, loved the video!
Treat all your water before you start and don't add any later. That's what I do.
BrewFather is telling me can salt. Anyone in particular
Same. I use Diamond Crystal Kosher salt
This video is two years old now. Can we expect more videos? I really, really like your style and videos! :D
Trying to find time to make more.
POV when you take your schizophrenia meds and go to tell your roommate about it
Haha!
The song was so unexpected and absolutely amazing! Class mate!
Thanks!
how did you install that pot filler faucet on the exterior/not running pex inside the wall?
I ran pex outside the wall. You can see the whole line.
@@BrewCabin lol I see that. I guess I meant how did you fixate the faucet to the wall. Either way, I figured it out. I definitely mocked up your set up for my garage brewery. Thanks for the inspiration!
Please drop new Videos!!!❤🍻
Trying
Would love to!
We want new Videos, please!!!!!!❤🍻

Where'd you go bro!?
Took a break from making content to focus on my other business.
Make more videos my dude

The 'put the oil in the boil' part nails the Ad-Rock sing-songy delivery!
Thanks! Surprisingly came naturally to me ;-)
Ok I've been seriously confused about water chemistry but I'm a LOT less seriously confused now and I have a new song stuck in my head. REVERSE OSMOSIS HELL YEAH!!! 🤘🤘🤘
Btw you got a new subscriber ❤
Love it!
Hoping you make an updated video for your 2024 hop harvest
Maybe for next year. Trying to find time to make more content.
Dawg I’m high right now and this is too crazy right now 😂
Haha!
Hey, great video and I also read your article, but do have a couple of questions regarding your water profile. You recipe includes a bunch of water additions. Will adding these to RO water create the desired water profile or do I have to start with the water profile mentioned and then add the "Misc" mentioned in the recipe? When do I add the water chemicals to the water and do you add these to the sparge water as well. PS: What is your starting water volume and sparge water volume for the Bowie IPA?
I start with RO. I would do your own calculations because your system will be different than mine.
This video was well done and nice to look at. However, I wish less time had been devoted to painting the freezer and more time dedicated to what's going on inside the freezer. Wanted more information on installation of taps, drip tray, thermostat, regulator and manifold, etc... I got some good design tips but would have liked more of the other things.
Great suggestion! Here's the full article: www.brewcabin.com/keezer/
😂❤😂❤rock on water due
Plant peas and oats (terminate at the seed milk stage) with it and use a better organic soil with a super large hole in the bottom of your pots to have a better chance.
Hey man, it looks like you're not particularly active anymore, but I'm wondering how the hops turned out now that you've had a couple years.
Gearing up to be active again. The hops in 2023 turned out way better. I made a bunch of upgrades which I'll include in this year's video. Mainly I got a real trellis and 30 gallon grow bags.
It’s the pool guy!
Yup! That's my day job.
These videos are awesome man, just subscribed, keep it up.
Thanks, will do!
How is the pump activated? I see it draws from the drum and out the pot filler, but. What tells the pump to turn on as there is no water pressure to activate it?
The pump is pressure activated. When I open the pot filler valve, the pump automatically kicks on.
4:26 ur welcome
I'm welcome?
Lol its where the singing starts an i thought people may enjoy so i marked it for thrm. I watched that shit like four times man. Hilarious
I thought to myself about halfway through, this video is getting a little long winded... enter The Pipe Song! Blew me away, was so unexpected! I sat back and enjoyed the rest of the video! Congrats on the project and it turned out great! Sure beats the hell out of setting everything up on brew day in the garage and packing it down again on the same day! Super jelly!
Ha! Every one of my videos has an original song in it. I did it on this first video and it was such a hit. I've continued to do it on the rest of them.
Hi, i have a question. Does any kind of chest freezer suites for building a keezer? I have explained to the salesman of chest freezer what im intendind to do ,he said ,that compresor might burn,if starts more often than 10 min. Im confused, what chest freezer i should look for. Could You please give Your opinion.Thank You!
I'm not a chest freezer expert, but my guess is YES. As long as you have a temperature controller, you can turn any fridge or freezer into any temp controlled box at any temperature.
Thank You !!!!
Seriously, I need your same day job to help my my nano brewery!
My day job is running an online pool business. Will that help?
Awesome and easy explained. Thx :)
You're welcome!
What a video..."are you sure it's a beer cos it tastes like juice" 😂😂..
Thanks!
Are you coming back? I just found you... Funny stuff
What a fantastic video nice work man. I want to give this a go and am just flirting with starting to use RO water and actually attempting some water chemistry instead of just a carbon filter and tap water. How do i convert your PPM to Grams??
You need to know your base PPM measurements in your supply water. From there, you can use a calculator to find out how many grams it takes to reach the desired PPM for any salt. For example, if you find out that your water has 10ppm of Sulfate, and the recipe calls for 100ppm, then you can use a tool like Brewfather or Beer Smith to figure out how many grams it would take to raise your sulfate levels 90 ppm.
Wow, talent. Super interesting! You inspired me. I will brew it tomorrow
Go for it!
Muy buenos videos, saludos desde Argentina !
¡Gracias!
It always happens this way...ya can't, until ya DO. The question is: was going to kegging life changing in the brewing game for you? Bonus question: Do you feel PRESSURE to keep such a large keezer fully stocked? Personally, kegging my beer was a game changer...but I don't want such a large keezer. It is a VERY NICE build though! Cheers!
I've been kegging for a very long time (since 2008). I hated bottling so much that it was the first upgrade I ever made to my brewing equipment. My friend had an old kegerator he gave to me. It was from the 80s with one tap. I used that thing until it eventually died.
Please start making videos again!!
I'm really trying to figure out a way to make more. My day job is very demanding.
Are you the pool guy also?
Haha! Yes I am. @SwimUniversity
Amazing beautiful!!!! Thank You for this wonderful idea.Maybe I could build one like Yours one day....
You can do it!
Looking to start my own brewery, came across your videos in my research...nice job, entertaining, I enjoy the content. Keep doing what you're doing!
Thanks, will do!
I think I will try this one :D
That's awesome! Let me know how it goes and if you have any questions along the way.
Bowie, beer, and Kubrick; I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for making it happen here.
Ha! You're welcome ;-)
Very nice video 🙂. What kind of yeast did you use and what are the amounts for the dryhop? I think I got evrything besides that 🙂
Juice from Imperial
Cheerz.
That was quite a podcast. Unfortunately, I'm not that much into hazy IPA, but rock on. Cheerz.
Thanks! A podcast?
You the Man !! Finally a nice explanation on how to do water adjustments !! Thx Bro
Glad it was helpful!
9:44 ohhh the nasty hit !! lol
Haha! I added folly. Was done on purposed so I didn't hit it that hard. I recorded me hitting the guitar with my palm later for added intensity.
