Thank you! I clearly enjoy the product shopping and trial and error that come with. Others don't care for that at all. I am fortunate that my hair is pretty tolerant of a lot that I try with it. I do believe that a good washday foundation and styling routine go a long way in helping my curls thrive.

Right now I only use the Curlsmith Bond Builder. I don't use it on a regular schedule just when I feel like I'm noticing more breakage or before or after straightening my hair. I can notice a reduction in my breakage over the course of a couple washes after use. I also enjoy protein treatments, and can notice an immediate difference when I use those. This summer, however, my hair hasn't needed protein treatments at all, and I think I only used the CS Bond Builder once basically for maintenance.

@@lifeoffinecurls the CS one is good. There are so many out there, it gets confusing, and many don’t really explain what they do exactly. Thankfully your hair is in great shape so you don’t need to worry about it.

Thanks fornthe heads up on the Briogeo foam. I still want to try Innersense, but unfortunately, I won't get to it until 2025.

@@lifeoffinecurls The foam isn’t bad but I’m still trying to make it work for me. It’s HARD HOLD. You can get awesome definition but can also get sticky if you use too much.

I think I would use it as a final step styler. Like once my curls are defined with either a cream or leave-in.

I appreciate hearing about your favorite Evolvh product. If I found the CS Shake & Shine at TJ Maxx or Marshall's, I might pick it up. But that would that would be the only time I could see myself buying it.

😄 Glad you enjoyed my interjection. I do think your summarization of the CS mousse is pretty spot on. It is tricky to work with. But once you figure it out, I fo like the control and definition it gives. Unfortunately, it just doesn't give volume.

Either could possibly work for med-course wavy hair wavy hair. If however, your hair strands are fine and wavy or low density, I think the Curlsmith might be too heavy. And if going with the AG, I would recommend going light handed, especially if your hair is fine or low density. I hope that makes sense.

The Curlsmith one is definitely very finicky, in my opinion, and took a huge learning curve. Overall, I do believe that the AG Mousse Gel is much easier to work with. Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I've never done heatless curls, but I've considered trying it sometime. Do you straighten your hair first to do it? And what tools do you use to form the curls? I've seen several videos with different techniques and tools used.

@@lifeoffinecurls I use that silky foam rod. I even found a second one that is skinny so it matches my natural curl pattern. I found that I actually have better wash days after I do it every once in awhile. I just brush my product through with a TT before wrapping and make sure as I’m wrapping each piece is smooth. My hair straightens very easily so I definitely have the type that does well with it.

Hey, good to hear from you again! 😃 I believe your curls need more moisture than mine, so if you do try them, I'm certain you will need something more moisturizing under the Spiralicious.

Sorry to hear that, but not entirely surprised. My recommendation for a quality gel that is good in humidity and is more moisturizing would be the Ouidad Advanced Climate Control (hard hold).

Thanks for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, you are not alone. I definitely had a build up feeling for this video (and many others have said the same thing). I did go in very very light handed with just the mousse, and I did get pretty good results, without much of a producty feeling. But I don't think it's very user friendly. Fornthe sake of my channel, and experimenting, I would have returned it as well. I did returned the Root Boost Spray.

I understand. Everyone has different needs for their curls. I believe the Rocking Ringlets may provide more moisture than the Gelebration Spray, so that may be something to consider.

Yes, if you have more dry, hair these particular products (the ones that I tried today) would probably not be best. Personally, I would like to try more from this brand.
