@coacks we bought three, one failed in less than a year while the other two still work quite well 2.5 years later. Seems the quality is inconsistent at best.

I found out they are called river spiders. They are HUGE but not deadly to humans, infact I watched a video of a guy letting the spider bite him to prove it's not deadly. He didn't die in the video so thats something. I totally understand why you killed the spider.

Totally agree! I use them because I have client data to deliver, but for write speed it's not the best. Also the durability I've time isn't the greatest either. I will say the read speed is much better and I can easily stream 4k content off one of these which is good enough. Cheap, cheap... you get what you pay for I guess.

Aha! I didn't think of that... their promotional video just says it can do 120fps. Very good to know!

Is there really no way to get 4k 120 fps on PS5? If not isnt this false advertisement, on the box it says 4k 120 and 8k (assuming 60)

@jordanquichocho9615 some say the ps5 can't but I've seen step by step guide on how you can, I don't own a ps5 so I'm not sure.

I'm not sure, but I think it's the thing that can sometimes flip down when opening the tray, although, I think that's for pumping the water out so again I'm not sure how it knows to stop.

I have not noticed that on all white or blue sky however I do notice very slight 'blotchyness' with a 1-2% variance in the color. I put up a solid white jpg full screen and can see the variances. I've not been concerned about it because when viewing UA-cam, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu or any other the quality looks acceptable to me.

Go to 'settings/all settings/picture/advanced settings/brightness and adjust the contrast to 95, leave black level at 50 and put auto dynamic contrast to medium then gamma to 2.2. Go back to advanced settings and turn off film maker mode now go to color and put color depth to 55 and color gamut to dynamic. Use it that way for a while then adjust as you see fit. Make sure your in a dark room as the TV isn't the brightest. Good luck!

All HDMI ports give 4k resolution providing you have the right cable and it's connected to a device that can playback 4k content however, only HDMI 2 and 3 will achieve 4k @ 120fps. HDMI 1 is only 4k 60fps. If you're not gaming you will be totally fine but if you do intend to achieve 120fps in 4k make sure you have an HDMI cable that can handle that.

Good question, I went and checked after a recent power outage and YES, it did turn back on and it was on the same setting it was before. I've just left it on and ran a 'flat hose' under the garage door so I don't even worry about emptying the bin anymore. I should go check it though, other than verifying if it's on still, I haven't taken a close look at how it's operating. Every now and then I check the hose outside and sure enough it's continually dripping water out.

Indeed your right, we've had no issues with mice, rats or even snakes! The coop however isn't holding up as well as we expected after 3 winters. Gonna need another solution by next year. Oh well we want to go bigger anyway.

This is a very interesting question, I don't have a QLED to compare it to, but I'll say this. To me, the blacks are fine, I had to tweak the colors so everything wouldn't look dark, BUT I'd assume having a QLED next to this TV, there would be a difference. My complaint is in bright light the TV is a bit faded and harder to see. It's not terrible to me, but it's definitely not the brightest TV out there.

@gtstaples9720 no wall mount, the legs it came with were deemed not stable enough, so I'm guessing itbwould have wider feet? Keep in mind the 86" tv is around 100 pounds. You will need strong beams to mount it on.

It was a nightmare to get it to fit in place. I resorted to using electric drill to get in the 8 or so screws. The next nightmare was the top seating panel, getting the center to “click” into place. LOL! I hope I never have to put one together ever again! I loved your review, by the way. Laughed at some of your remarks, esp about the ventilation! I won’t be using it much, but in the few days I’ve had it outside, three delivery ppl left my packages on top of it, and one neighbor knocked on my door to ask more about it. It will face the Miami sun most of the year, but not sure if I want to pay for a cover. Love your cushion, too. I won’t be buying that either even though it really adds to the look. @@HappyCamperDeals

Unfortunately you cannot. I worry to overload the one plug, having so much plugged into it. I'm at around 2000 watts amd doing ok so far on the one plug.

@@HappyCamperDeals say if I wasn’t using that many watts though. I’m trying to use this for a van life battery heater/charger id set the heater to turn on at 31f and the cooling plug would have a charger that would turn on when the battery hits 40f

@StephenShreds unfortunately there is no way, one is for cool and the other is for hot. One will trigger when temp gets low enough and the other will trigger when the temp gets high enough.

A 4k movie would be around 5-9 gigs and would take quite a while to copy onto the thumbdrive, however it's designed to playback much more quickly. In my experience plugging into a TV with a USB port and a media player or a laptop it can read the video file fast enough to play smoothly IF your bitrate is around 20mbps or less. This is running tight to have a high quality 4k image but it does work. Remember you will need 30 minutes to an hour (depending on your computers speed) to copy it on there. Now if you copy it off the thumb drive to another computer it would take 10 minutes or less. I hope that makes sense.

That's interesting, we're two years into owning ours now and we are going to have to find another solution (we're eyeing going to 200 hens next). You should know, the tray for cleaning poop will rust completely through in about 18 months, we've had to build a new bottom for it. The nesting boxes where they lay eggs will rot and fall down (I've replaced it with new thicker pieces of wood). The doors will warp and it will be hard to open/close (I've adjusted the hinges multiple times for a better fit). And somehow, no matter how much I sealed it with silicone sealant it will leak moisture when it rains and the chickens will get wet - also part of why the wood flooring rotted and the tray rusted. It was a great solution when we needed something in a day... and it's affording us time to plan and build something better and for more hens. Good luck with yours!

LOL, glad you're getting it one way or another! I can sort of recommend the MR22GA universal remote. It pairs easily, and works OK. The buttons are a bit tricky but better than the factory remote. The microphone is good but the TV's ability to decipher what you're saying isn't the greatest. Lastly, there is this weird scroll wheel/button in the middle of the remote and when activated it turns the remote into a pointer style navigation tool which works OK. It can be inaccurate and the wheel can get stuck create havoc from time to time. I had to replace the floor board in the nesting boxes as the leaky roof got it wet and it rotted until it fell apart. I used thicker wood pieces. Also because it was always wet inside the metal tray for poop rusted completely through and I had to replace that as well. Now I always put a tarp on the coop when it's raining because despite trying to seal with silicone sealant it just somehow kept leaking! We're planning on building a custom one next so we won't need this one for much longer.

Yes, we have had this coop through 2 winters, each with a little snow (1 to 3 inches a few times) and plenty of below zero days. It's been mostly ok except the floor of the nesting boxes got soggy and fell apart. I cut inch thick slabs and rebuilt it much sturdier for the next cold season, we'll see how it holds up.
