I can shoot 16 grain wildman dish base slugs better than these monsters with 12ft/lb. You'd think pellets would be better with the skirt but I guess not. I'm using the superior heavy liner so maybe the twist is helping even at low velocity. 🤔 Interesting.

Cheaper to buy .22 lr subsonic rounds than half decent air rifle pellets and slugs, imagine you can buy a 40 grn bullet with brass casing and detonator cheaper than a25 grn slug. We are being seriously ripped off.

Get, regards pellet damage I am convinced it's done at the manufacture end. There is hardly any room in a full tin fir pellets to really move about. If the tin shows damage then it's a transit issue, no tin damage, pellets left factory damaged

Hi oom Gert. Jts lead formula contains more tin or something which is why they don't get damaged as easily. BUT that also means expansion on target is less.

I have PCPs, some have a mechanical trigger, and one has an electronic trigger. The only drawback to the electronic trigger is the sensitivity. It's often in any session where I have a round or two that is pre-aimed, meaning the trigger is so sensitive, the shot is fired before I align the scope, or point of impact properly. However, that being said, the electronic triggers are by far, much superior to the mechanical triggers. And there are fewer parts to break or come loose.

very curious to see how the heavier pellets perform. There are other new pellets companies out there, wondering about the hardness of the lead. One retailer doesn't carry a certain brand stating the lead is much harder. Guess this will directly adversely affect the barrel both in longevity and leading issues. Keep up the excellent videos, really appreciate your efforts

I would love to see your results with a standard sub 12 with the 16.08g. my initial experience with them is very positive.

Don’t test them the traditional way i.e. a couple of groups with an end analysis about the groups. I used these pellets in 25.39gr and they fouled my barrel significantly which resulted in my gun being completely inaccurate. I cleaned the barrel and small pieces of lead came out of the barrel. Shoot 250 pellets and then check your grouping thereafter. Clean the barrel and see for yourself what comes out of the barrel.

Great to see you again Gert. Always like to see your videos very informative and unbiased. I went into my "vault" and checked I have one tin each in .22 cal 22.07 gr and 25.39 grain. We are under an excessive heat warning here and going out shooting is probably a bad idea. Forecast Temps 104 F (40+ C). Thanks for video and Cheers from the desert SW USA!
