Remember the days when life was simpler, and joy was effortless? Have you ever felt like things were just... simpler when we were kids? But as we've grown older, it feels like that warm feeling of ...

To be fair, Stock Mo was making predictions based on the current stock rotation at the time. Growth stocks were performing best and then it rotated back to technology, blue chip, and strong bottom lines. Without the hype, the growth stocks plummeted back to more realistic P/E. Additionally, give COIN another year, it will no doubt be positive due to the next stock market rotation's theme which is AI. If one doesn't know about stock market rotations, then they really should be in index funds like the S&P500. It's simply not stimulating for the instant gratification gambling center in our brains to engage in high emotion high risk high reward hopes. The generation of panic and click bait on the other hand... tiresome. Thumbnails hardly work for me anymore, I've become so numb.

Hey thank you for watching! I do have to say i don't really watch Stock Mo because I don't like his content, but I get that he was jumping on the stock rotation wagon to also grow his audience himself. We'll see what COIN does.. cannot predict that!

I was always taught to 'save' money for later, just save it on a bank account. However, although saving is still better than spending it on random not-needed consumer goods, saving actually loses buying power so quickly over time because of inflation and money printing by governments. Rather (safely) invest in ETFs like you mentioned as S&P500, and take a 'gamble' on riskier investments like crypto with money you can easily miss. Cheers!

Hi Matias, what captured my attention was your honesty in your point of view. It was very interesting even if I don’t agree 100% in some of your interpretations (because for me minimalism is not a matter of deciding to have just 30 items, that’s extreme and shouldn’t be called minimalism). Even “The Minimalists” themselves are way too extreme and I had to stop consuming their content as all they are doing is selling stuff (the exact opposite of what they preach). Anyway thanks for sharing.

I was in a bad mood yesterday, contemplating the unavoidable death march we all walk. I felt (still feel) lost in life but it wasn't because of a lack of purpose but a lack of pressure. I'm directionless in my pursuit of my ambitions. Comfort is ruining my life which is a huge parallel to how my childhood was - where I could only dream of comfort. This video definitely touched on the things that are present in my life, things that I'm trying to process along with my directionless ambition. It's a lot for me to try to handle - I guess that's why I'm depressed. While things seem bleak and hopeless as we grow up, I personally still hold on to hope for a better life. As an adult, I have the power to change my life. I have no one that can hold me back the way a parent can to their child. I have hope that, with time and effort (a lot of effort), I can be happy amongst the bills, conflict, big emotions, hard decisions, and an ever-changing world. Hope is all I have some days but I keep moving forward because of it. Great video Matias. Very well executed.

I appreciate the honesty and directness of this conversation. I see a lot of videos trying to "bust minimalism" that don't talk about how it led them to a different philosophy that added value. To me, minimalism is a label I found after I already decided to stop owning things that made me unhappy. It's also content I can go back to, like this video, that motivates me to reevaluate my environment and be more intentional. Thank you for the video!

I thank you for reminding this idea for me, “enjoy the journey instead of worrying about the destination”. I have this mindset before when I am constantly goingn to places trying to look for a job. It is so sad to say that I lost that mindset now after finding a job, and now I don’t know what to do and what to think of anymore. Hearing that idea once again gave me hope that I can still be happy because I know I am still on my journey, and it’s all that matters for now.

I'm glad my video inspired you! I had the same, when i was younger I was soo looking forward to work to be able to "afford all the nice things i never did", now that I could potentially buy all the things that young me wanted, I simply don't enjoy them the same, and I'm chasing for what my supervisor has, or my boss has! It's all about perspective and enjoying the little things! Thank you for watching!

ADHD is just an excuse. I hate that nowadays we put the label ADHD on everything... You are lazy? ADHD. You are sad? ADHD. You are demotivated? ADHD. You get the point. We lack focus and discipline, that's all. Great video btw.

The problem is masses of ignorant people self diagnosing an absolutely life crippling mental disability based on cherry picking 1 or 2 adhd symptoms they "suffer" with twice a week. That is NOT how diagnosis works, it's 5+ symptoms from the DSM-5 and suffering from multiple of them multiple times daily for minimum 6+ months. It's not just "I can't finish this task" or "I forgot something" it's not having ANY of the 7 executive funtions along with a ton of other symptoms. At this point the majoriy of self diagnosing ADHD it's an excuse equivalent to not wanting to go to the gym a couple of times in a month and suddenly saying "oh i've been born with legs that don't work I need a wheelchair so I can't exercise now". Unless it's a sudden onset developed from head trauma you're born with ADHD there's no developing it. Dr Amen has scanned over 250,000 brains and ADHD shows up in the scans. It's NOT some fabricated illness psychiatrists have made up. He found theres 7 different ways your brain shows it via lack of blood flow to different areas of it, that the ADHD medication can sometimes restore this depending on the type if you're one of the lucky ones. Even on medication you can only function 75% as good as a neurotypical so you're still disabled that 5 hours of the day the med works. My own experience living with it is hell on earth, it's like having schizophrenia voices constantly talking to you 24/7 but instead it's just your own voice and 90% of the time all intrusive, almost always negative or useless thoughts that constantly bombard you and never shut up most of us can't sleep at night from them. Having no control over your own thinking no matter how hard you try. Suddenly on medication it's silence in my head. Only then I get to choose what I think or don't. Don't promote ableism about serious disabilities saying "ADHD is an excuse". Lazy, ignorant, self diagnosing people with no problem but dopamine addiction claiming they have it are the problem.
