For your next omg you should do Lancomes new coustom, apparently at their counters now they make a couston foundation color and formula right there in 15 min!!!!! Also, I have to say, i wasnt sure that i liked this foundation at first but when you finished all of your makeup i was like WOW!!! You looked so FLAWLESS , glowy and beautiful .. seriously i would keep using it because you look amazing in it..

As a mature woman who want a light to medium coverage, I chose this after watching a ton of reviews. I bought it in several shades as I am incredible white in the winter and dark brown in the summer (I wear spf50 all the time). I absolutly love it! It is lightly buildable, does not dry me out or crease in my lines and it really cover my pores. It is a miracle in a box, I feel it is the best one out there for mature women who wants light/medium coverage. It makes me look younger, I swear. 😍

atomickiwi the Belif cushion is on the matte side I would say . As far as cushions go .
atomickiwi there's not a ton but several demi-matte to matte. She only tried the crummy western ones.
eglips bb foundation cushion is semi-matte,weights 18g and it can hold up to 5 hours.I'm loving it

I absolutely love this new lighting or camera setup or whatever this is, especially for a foundation review. I feel like this is so much more honest I can actually see your skin and what's being covered, the normal lighting is so flattering that the foundation looks good no matter what

ladyflimflam God, relax.... I'm not going to speak for her, but to me that comment just seems like she's excited for Tati for her new married life and that she seems so happy. Tati has mentioned wanting kids so it's not like she's insisting to have them on a particular timeline. Tati comes off like a very caring, nurturing person, and her and James seem like they would be wonderful parents. I think that's a COMPLIMENT to both of them. Obviously we all understand they will make family decisions on their own time.
I love how you're not only showing us the product throughout the entire day instead of in front of the lighting. You're also writing down the makeup you've worn. Your reviews are the best by far on UA-cam.
I've had a cold all week now so I've spent my week laying in bed binge watching Tati videos. Your manner is just so relaxing to me, and I especially love OMG Tuesday and WTF Wednesday and going along through your day, it just cheers me up. ❤
You look gorgeous as always! I feel like it's not that expensive, especially for Dior since your basically getting the foundations for $41 a piece. I mean it's expensive for sure, but when you break it down it's a lot better. It's nice that it has sunblock in it, but I would still suggest wearing an SPF of 30 or higher under your makeup or in your moisturizer. When you apply foundation you are most likely not going to get a thick enough layer for it to be effective, especially if you apply it lightly in some areas. People often skip the sunscreen in the winter, but the UVA rays (the ones that cause pre-mature aging) are strong all year long. UVA rays are the ones that cause sunburns and give you a lot of color, so people think that if you aren't visibly tanning that the sun isn't very strong. It can be a annoying to have to add another step, but 80-90% of premature aging is caused by sun exposure. Plus getting skin cancer is a bummer. You are one of my favorite You-Tubers! Thanks for another great video!
Yeah me too! For a tinted moisturizer with SPF 50 i don't think $40 is too much. And it's Dior! They make the best packaging, maybe only Guerlain makes better packaging than them. And Even my Bareminerals Complexion rescue SPF 30 is $30 ish.

Wendy Sgobbo Actually, UVAs affect the dermis so they cause photoaging. And we should wear broad-spectrum all year round. UVA and UVB rays are active all year round.

This cushion was licensed by Amore Pacific. Thats why it has a refill in its box. You can pull the sponge out and cut a lighter shade and darker shade in half and put them in one compact side by side and they will eventually mix. You should try the AmorePacific Anti-aging cushion. It is full coverage.
Well it's kind of like $42.50 for the foundation since you get two 👍🏻

Diana Lee you've commented on multiple other people's posts about the cost, why do you care so much what other people spend their money on?
I think it's because I'm scared that once people or enough of them accept that 2x the cost is normal then the companies have zero incentive to place them at the proper price point and then I will forever never allow myself to buy a western cushion.
When I had this put on at a Dior counter, they shared that it was actually created to go over the top of foundation for best results. I find that it really does blur and minimize pores and wrinkles when I use it over the top of any of my foundations.
Yes this is true the IOPE Air Cushion from 2008 was actually made for reapplying sunscreen on top of makeup. Based on how this product is formulated, long weartime is expecting a lot from it. It was made for touching up.
I work for Dior Cosmetics and I absolutely loveeeee this foundation ! The fact that it has skin care built in it is worth a couple bucks !

This is my favorite cushion foundation and foundation in general. It sits on the skin so nicely. You can't even tell you have anything on. And even though it's only a light coverage, you look like you're having the best skin day ever. I've been searching for almost an entire year for a foundation that will sit well on my very weird, problem skin, and finally I've found it.
I really appreciate her channel! I don't have much money to spend on make-up, but what I do have I'd like to be spent on well worth products. All of her advice on make-up has made a difference in my purchases. Love it, love her!! THX TATI.

Raithi Govender I think American/European cushions are a rip off. I saw some in Korea that were pretty incredible but they don't have deep shades.
MissOyin the Korean beauty industry would do so well if they catered for WOC! I hate seeing a lack of diversity in shades amongst these companies that rake in billions! They have all the resources they need to produce any shade they wanted to!
MissOyin that's exactly how I feel.
The issue with Korean cosmetic companies is that while they are amazing, they obviously cater for Korean/Asian skintones, which is understandable. Even super pale people have trouble finding matching shades. I imagine that as Korean beauty catches on more over here in the west, more companies will start expanding their shade range. It just might take some time.
Western cushions do suck though. None of them seem to understand the core of a cushion is the skincare mixed in. It's not just a foundation in a fancy container.

Ceriene oh yeah there's 2 or 3 different Amore Pacific cushions. One anti-aging, and the normal one. In USA they only have the normal one

Tati, have you tested Lancome's cushion foundation? Their 1st one is more for summer, like a tinted moisturizer but they have one that I love which I was pleasantly surprised when I went to use it and it was full coverage. It went on beautifully. When I was at the Lancome counter again later that week and checked out the display and asked the makeup consultant and both confirmed that this one was different from the first & is definitely full coverage. Maybe you can do a tutorial usibg mostly Lancome cushion products. They have cushion blushes & even a cushion highlighter. I love their skincare products & their makeup but sometimes I am not sure how to come up with a complete beautiful look. I love makeup but I am not an expert & I am pretty much learning from you & other makeup gurus. BTW, you are absolutely gorgeous without makeup. It's a no wonder you look like a goddess after putting on your makeup. Thank you for all you do for us, your loyal subscribers. 💅❣

Tati is pretty pale. And that tone wouldn't work on most black women. It's not just about lightness there are certain undertones that need to be considered.
