I am 67 and have used this foundation for at least the past 6 months. I love this, not cakey, presses beautifully into the skin with no creasing or cracking. I have backups and just purchased some for my sister who refuses to use foundation. I can't wait to see her next week. 😘😘😘

@@iqrasattar1069 It will. I recommend going 1-2 shades lighter than your regular foundation shade.
@@iqrasattar1069 It oxidized if you apply a thick layer of Foundation. Make sure to lightly press the Puff into the Foundation inside the compact and pat the excess Foundation on the palette which is the lid that covers the Foundation and apply a thin layer to avoid over oxidation. Make sure to use a shade lighter than your skin tone. Also don't use tinted powder to Set your makeup make sure you use a translucent shade to Set to prevent the Foundation from changing colors. I hope this helps.

After thinking I was too old & dry for TIRTIR foundation, I watched this video and took a chance (with 30% off). This cushion formula is unbelievable & like nothing I've ever tried. It sticks like glue but somehow feels dewey and looks amazing all day. I'm 53 and primed my skin with all the moisture it would hold, plus primer & a swipe of Eucerin under my eyes. It's soooooo Gorgeous!
LORD this cushion foundation is EVERYTHING and i think i made the cuttoff by a shade or two. Koreans really do know what they are doing when it comes to skin care and makeup I love the way this looked on you hopefully it works out for me as well

Good to know! I have really oily skin, and I’ve watched these wear tests of foundations for years, but it’s always of people just hanging out at home and running errands. Like no, I need to know how it holds up while running around a restaurant all day (I’m a server) and a greasy hot kitchen for 8 hours. I’ve tried dozens of matte foundations and none of them can stand the test of my oily skin and a hot kitchen.

I LOVE THIS ! I watched the video, ordered and I was SHOCKED!! I ordered a backup AND a lighter shade for under eyes to replace my regular concealer. I’m 56 and this doesn’t settle in my laugh lines or bunch up on my nose. It lasts all day, is light weight, feels like I’m not wearing anything. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!
I'm usually a tone below medium and consider myself a light-medium in neutrals to neutral warm. How did you go picking your colour? I'm thinking 27N Camel or 29N Natural Beige (going into winter here so poss lighter one?). I'm C2 in Mac face and body and be neutral beige/true beige in L'oreal type foundations. TIA for any advice :))))

Truly I winged it because I’m darker this time of year like a lot of us, so I just guessed and it worked out. I hope you were able to find your shade.
I've seen some people using a darker shade of this foundation as contour/bronzer too. It seems like a great idea - one that matches your skintone, one that's lighter for concealing and highlighting, and one that's darker for contour/bronzer. The whole makeup base would look amazing and stay on all day

@@Happylittleeggroll Thank you, I didn't know that. The shade I bought is too light. But, I do not like this product. It doesn't blend on my skin. I've never met a cushion foundation I don't like until now. It looks really bad on my skin. Texture is just weird. It's the SPF.

What type of skin do you have? Will it work for really oily skin?
@@teeeff8337 I myself have normal to combination skin, I do tend to get oily in my T-zone. Under the description, it claims to be for all skin types. It leaves a healthy glow, not too much. It covers everything, but doesn't feel heavy. I've never really used anything like it. It does set on it's own, usually by the time I've done the rest of my makeup. So you really don't need to set it, but I do put powder around my nose and the center of my forehead. And it wears just perfectly. Hope this helps😊

You would be surprised if I tell you this Cushion Foundation works on me without Powder as it can Set itself and even when I do get oily after many hours of wear I can blot my face with blotting paper and the Foundation looks fresh on my face. Definitely you should try it. Make sure to use it with their Tirtir Milk Skin Toner Light make sure you use the Light version and not the regular version.

I love, love, love this foundation! Bought it three weeks ago and have been wearing it every day since. Easy and quick to apply, gives good coverage, but feels like nothing is on. It simply looks like one has flawless skin. Gorgeous!

This so ironic, I just ordered this 2 days ago and it should be here within the next hour or so! I love a good cushion foundation, they just tend to lay better on my skin especially as I've gotten older. I also have somewhat dry skin and since they're a thinner formula they don't cling to my dry patches as much as other foundations I've tried. I'm excited to try this one, there hasn't been a good one in a minute, it seems like most of the good ones have all been discontinued so i was pretty excited when I started hearing about this one❤
What makes a cushion foundation different from a regular liquid foundation? Aren’t they both just liquid formulas?

I have oily skin, and I'm 60 years old - I have lots of lines and dark circles under my eyes. This works great! It stays on throughout the day, over 12 hours. My skin looks smooth, and feels comfortable.
Last Friday I tried just a cc cream instead, and I looked haggard by the end of the day. This morning, just putting it on made me happy!
How does this do with oily skin? I have very oily skin and wonder about how it holds up! ❤
@@AmieBPS80 My skin isn't as oily now that I'm older, but this holds up very well - I get minimal oil coming through this one, and I don't even carry pressed powder for touch ups any more!
I am 60 and pretty oily as well. I want to try it but I’m worried it will look heavy. Can you apply it with a damp sponge?
@@AmieBPS80I wonder the same. Hanging out at home and running errands isn’t a true test for me. I need to know if it will start melting off my oily face in the middle of an 8 hour shift running around a restaurant and hot greasy kitchen
@@teeeff8337 I'm a high school art teacher who barely has time to visit the restroom on any given day. I put my makeup on around 6:30 am, and this foundation still looks good at the end of the day.
I wouldn't use a damp sponge - the included puff works really well, and I use a brush to blend out edges.

I ordered this asap after watching the video and omg where has this been in my life!!! I love it so much!! The high coverage, longevity, and the glass/glowy finish without making you look greasy is 😘. Dipped the puff it came with 2x and covered my entire face. Only downfall of this cushion like Tati said is that it is tacky after application so allow time for it to dry and set before you do anything else
I bought the TirTir foundation. Im going to try it again today. It was extremely pachy and accentuated every line i did not even know i had on my forehead. I got zero glow. But it did stay on all day. I am 51. So my skin is different but I did take care of it and moisturize. The 27n is also very yellow. Incase anyone else wants to try:)
I’ve been wearing this with the Dior powder no powder to set it and it’s a DREAM. I hadn’t loved a new base product in so many years
If you have very oily skin type you won’t like it as much as a dry skin and normal/ little oily skin does. Plus it’s oxidised as well
I have very oily skin and I love it. It makes me look very dewey, yes, but it NEVER separates, ever.

The reviews say it does oxidize a lot. It does look like maybe yours did, too. It could be the different lighting, but it definitely seemed darker in the grocery store.

I totally agree! It is the best cushion I have ever tried. My makeup stays in place for eight straight hours with good coverage but not too thick. Most importantly it is inexpensive.
You used setting spray though, can you do a try on without the setting spray so we can see the actual longevity of the foundation?

I’m into JungSaeMool cushions! I get medium and light. When I read reviews of TirTir, the biggest complaint was yellow undertones even on the lightest one. I just looked at all the Amazon pi’s and was like um no
I've recently tried this foundation, all I can say is wow! I love that the second ingredient is titanium dioxide, which is a mineral sunscreen. The coverage is insane and looks great on my mature skin.

Thank you for mentioning that the foundation sets and won’t transfer. That is something I highly value in foundation and something no one ever talks about in foundation reviews. I always find the luxury brands set down and the drugstore brands almost never do. I’m sold!

I bought the eye cream from TIRTIR that you recommended and ordered this cushion foundation too just to try. It’s pretty good! I don’t like to use it with the included sponge applicator but rather with a very dense kabuki brush. I also found it to be better if it’s smoothed over with the sponge afterwards.

I ordered this foundation on Monday and received the next day. I wore it today for the first time and WOWEEKAZOWEE it’s the best foundation I’ve EVER EVER worn! I have rosacea on both cheeks….put my elf power grip primer on…green corrector on the rosacea..then used the foundation and I am sooooooooo happy with it..I’m going to order backups tomorrow. I love cushion foundations! There's just something about them. My fave is Sisley or Cle de Peau cushions. Just not into matte or high coverage. Always love when James comes out on your videos! Hi Tati, I have been using Tirtir for 2 years. I ordered it from olive young in Korea before it became available in Amazon. I am 23 N. It holds beautifully even in the humid weather of Miami! I also use their skin care line, I love the rosemary line from Jeju island! And mostly their vitamin C and collagen foam masks!
