Is this Daxing Airport? If so, it is a new airport that was recently opened. Many international routes are still in the original Capital International Airport, so it is not very busy. Beijing has two international airports. The second one was built because the Capital International Airport was already full

That vending machine in the subway station with a Qr code on the door, could be paid automatically. You just need to scan the qr code to open the door and grab anything you want. After you close the door, the bill will be paid automatically. You may check the bill afterward on your phone.😊

@@mikeandashleyvlogs As a Chinese, I think Beijing is not a cool city, because it is the capital of China, but there are some great historical buildings, such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden City, which are magnificent masterpieces of ancient imperial families. I think the coolest cities in China are Shanghai, Chongqing and Shenzhen. If you like mountains and waters, you can go to Hangzhou, Suzhou, Zhangjiajie and Guilin... There are many unique places in China, in short, each city has its own unique cuisine and scenery

Home Inns, Jinjiang Inn, Hanting, 7 Days Inn, GreenTree Inn, Super 8, these are cheap chain hotels in China. They are relatively clean, affordable and have relatively good services. Do not book those unknown hotels.
26:05, Same in Japan, if you visit Tokyo for the 1st time soon, the hotel is cheap, but the room js so small, so don't bring lots of luggage. Same staying in a cheap, but small hotel and restroom for 3 to 4 days in Tokyo, it's small.
If I remember correctly, we arrived at around 6 AM and it took us about an 1.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. We were exhausted by the time we finally got settled in, but then we headed straight out to film. I think we filmed six episodes in six days, which is why we look so tired in this series. 😅😮💨

The meal was pretty OK, nothing super special. And naw, we didn't sleep on the plane. We both find it pretty hard to sleep on short flights. I (Mike) HATE flying, so I get all nervous, and Ashley has to be all curled up and comfy to sleep in a vehicle. I can usually fall asleep on really long flights, but mainly because my body shuts down. 🫠

My Honeymoon trip was to Shanghai. Worst trip EVER. I had to ask Chinese friends to come over and help. In the end, I had to rely on a friend, who was an Air France Pilot to get a jump seat back to France from Beijing. DO. NOT. TRAVEL. TO. CHINA. Even for a quick visit.
@@mikeandashleyvlogs From what we understood at that time, our flight tickets back were cancelled by Air China to the benefice of Chinese people. Like 35 flight tickets were cancelled and we were all stranded without compensation or explanations from the company. A friend of mine travelled 2000kms from his province up north to join us and help.

坐地铁不用换真正的卡片，支付宝里有乘车码，找出来对着闸机摄像头，下车再调出来对准摄像头就支付成功了。通过速度要比买卡快很多，而且不用选站名，支付宝按照上车下车的距离算钱

We had a non-smoking room, but it was right above the smoking area. It didn't bother us too much so we didn't care to move. Thanks for watching! 😊
