- Hi everyone! In today's asmr follow my instructions video there are lots of broken telephone sections, so for those of you who have been waiting for more. broken telephone, here it is! There are also ear to ear listening games, word games and they're all activities you can take part in with your eyes closed, not looking at the screen. We all know the rabbit hole of looking at your phone right before bed and what it does to our eyeballs haha. Have a good sleep and enjoy!!

Broken telephone 2 is messed up. You tell us to listen to the phrase in our left ear, but you then say the phrase in the right ear was the correct one

Please please please do a ,,cheap vs expensive" asmr!! For example You can take a bag thats made with fake leather, do some triggers on it and then compare it to like a real more expensive one. We can guess which one is the expensive!!

Asmr Check point:
-make sure you're on WiFi and not using data -make sure you're cozy
-stop tensing and relax
-make sure you put your alarm on (if you need one)
-make sure your phone is on charge just in case you fall asleep
-make sure auto play is off
-have a glass of water nearby -most important sleep well :)
