What a fantastic way to end our day by meet the Red Arrows pilots at Scampton Airshow 2017. Myself and my brother had been trying to meet them throughout their display season, but at all the 8 airshows we had been to before Scampton, they had not done a meet and greet session. When we found out that they would be doing meet the pilots at Scampton Airshow, we made every effort to ensure that we met them. Unfortunatley due to Red 5's baby being born he was unable to be their, best wishes to Red 5 & family. This was also a great chance to say farewell to Red 10 Mike Ling, who has served as saftey officer and fantastic commentator for the past 9+ years. Going to miss him so much. The Other pilot that we hoping to see again is Red 8 Mike Bowden, who we met last year, and had a photo taken which we had put on a KitKat. They are an absolute pleasure to met, the only pilot that seemed a little unsure was Red 4 Matt Masters, I'm sure he is a great guy, but came across to us a little unsure of speaking to the general public.

ANDY ACE MASTER 300i never say never, me and my brother put in alot of effort into meeting them, im sure you will meet them one day. Reds 1, 6,9 & 10 are leaving this year. Looking forward to new red 1 martin pert leading the team next year.
I'm going to miss all the pilots leaving this year. I luckily got to meet the reds and thunderbirds at riat but I think Red ten was a bit unhappy I'm not sure why though
Callum`s Explosive Gaming we were hoping to meet them at riat, but we went on the sunday and missed it.
Gary Bull I asked them if they where doing anything else over the weekend weekend on the Sunday I was told they weren't doing it
