@die warlock ok buddy..im gonna ride the train cause my buisness is boomin right now too so you can sit in the closet with your keyboard and talk smack all you want while the real world makes money and moves on with life..enjoying a economy that produces not just hope and change...
Hi John, the Western Star really turned out sweet. That's almost too nice to take to the woods. LOL!! Too bad you guys couldn't have brought it to Oshkosh with you last week. It would have been cool to show it off there. Hope you guys are having a good time at the truck show. Take care my friend. Your friend Al.
Man that is a nice truck. All it needs is one of those log loader I seen in a video filmed in Europe somewhere the log crane was built on the truck like that one but it had an enclosed cab that lowered close to the ground to get In then raise up to load logs. Man that blue color looks good.
Yes sir that sure is a nice truck. Like I said earlier who ever gets to drive this is ridding in style. It’s a shame it’s gong to get dirty but clean doesn’t pay the bills well not in the wood business. Lol Hope you all are enjoying the truck rally up north hope you can get a video on it. I would like to see this in operation if you can. Keep on rolling as you say! Thanks for the great video!
Wow John sweet looking truck !! I wonder who will be the first to put a good dent in her let alone a good scratch !! keep her clean and keep rollin bud !!
Oh did They build the bed at midwest or just mount there. I was just up there August 18th weekend for good ol Buckley engine show. Trk looks real sharp. If i new it was there i could have gotten a sneak peak. Lol
Man she is beautiful, but she has a rough life ahead. There is nothing that works harder than a log truck .hope to see you at the truck show it's only about 30 miles away from me.
Dang. Mike spent some money. Well worth it though. Love color. The add feature on the loader is nice as well. Spent some time on a log truck years ago. When a a late friend of mine had his own saw mill. He also had a couple of log trucks. Where 1 of of them was used to feed the mill. Which is how I learn how to run a log loader. If anyone says it's easy. Believe me it's not. Unloading log from 8'6" to 16'6" takes a getting use to. Lastly. Is that a servo loader on there. Is so there nice loaders. Friend of mine who mentioned before had both hood and serco on his log trucks. Yet I always thought servo was the smoothest to operate it of the too. Other then that as you would say keep on rollin. 😊😊
why do you guys run western star instead of paccar? and wouldent it be better to have the wood planks on the bed to be made out of apitong instead of fir? I love you videos keep them coming!

New question John. Why is it that sometimes you stuff the throat of the flail with a bunch of trees and other times you feed them one at a time? I'm referring to the smaller diameter trees.
@@ryandelaney9571 3 axles on the ground at all times has less ground pressure than 2 axles and an airlift... so on mole hills, or other bad spots, there's at least more pressure being put into two axles to not spin out. well thats just too nice to put in the woods!

Awesome truck.
Marching music in the back ground now? Setting the mood for the truck? Nice looking truck.
That's a beautiful truck.
Nice truck, love the color.
Great looking truck! You can have the dealer order switches with the function on them so you don't have to have the stickers on the new dash.
At the truck show at St. Ignace and saw this unit at the d&k truck display. very sharp thought you said it would have the pup with it
Bob Mitchell We’re still waiting for it, Transport Trailers is building it they said it should be done in 2 weeks, by the first of October.

Mike gives his employees the best in equipment and I'm sure that makes them want to give back to the company.

Truck is beautiful but those labels under the switches... a blind guy do them? That would drive me nuts!
