How about compost it and return it to the largest carbon sink, soil.

Imagine if the money used to run an entire factory, digging up the land, and then burying plastic wrapped bricks was used to redesign cities and support the people in preparedness/aftermath of climate disasters... But sure, continue greenwashing.

So does freeing the rivers captured by dams. Also releasing the freshwater springs that have been cemented up, like Mount Rushmore.
I don't mind rising sea levels. Just leave the low lining coastal areas and you'll be fine
