Hi Aubrey. I'm a Vegas Turo host with 22 cars. I use Lula insurance for most of my cars as they are only $79/month. But they don't cover some cars so I use ABI for my Maserati and Porsche at the $89 rate. Lula doesn't monitor personal use at all. However, I would hesitate going on a long trip for personal reasons, so I have my wife rent the car through Turo after I lower the price as low as I can so she doesn't pay much. Love your content and have implemented many things. Right now I'm trying to find some cheap cars.

Hi Aubrey- FYI, it is a lot easier to keep 24/7 availability and then add in a "host availability block" every night when you are shutting down.
Takes 5 seconds and can shut the whole fleet down in a few clicks vs. adding calendar blocks for each vehicle.
Would this get in the way of a vehicle trip extension?

Delivery is a pain in the freaking ass. I cut it out completely. I leave it up to the guest to figure out how to pick up and drop off the car.

@@nellakane2622 so far so good! Started in January and have made 1k per month on it! 30 full days of it being rented out per month, though it may vary, I got lucky with my current renter
