So grateful these men made it home. My own father made it home from Vietnam. My father kept so much inside of him from the war. Wish he had some of his buddy's to talk to. Thank you dad, veteran's for your service.

Forty years later, and the tears still roll. It's a wound that'll never heal.
    Well done and welcome home.

Michelle Obama Protests and protesters are fine. Burning, looting and breaking windows are revolting. Lots of looters will be arrested from the many videos taken by protesters and even more minorities will be in jail, dividing our country even further by the antics of wicked, and evil political strategists. What do you think?

Thank you for your service. It's a shame that it took so long. Iam 47 now and lost my father in Vietnam. I've always been angry about that.

It probably won't mean anything but I 63 yrs old. I was weaned on Walter Cronkite, rice crispy and the Vietnam War. When the war ended. I watched every thing that was TV about the soldiers return. I thanked God , I cried. I was allowed to stay up once the POW'S came home. They showed their names after the stations went off the air. I think it was 1:00am. I read as many as I could as they scrolled up. I wasn't there. I didn't meet you at the plane. But I may have seen your face I may have read you name. And I thanked God you were home
All respect Sir. Thank you for your service. God bless you all. 🇺🇸

My brother was in VietNam in ‘69, when he came home people booed him and spat at him..shameful, he had no choice he was drafted. He spent much of his duty flying into the jungle to rescue downed pilots, all alone little to no coverage, he was exposed to Agent Orange and died of cancer in ‘88, a week before his 37th birthday. These men are the quiet ones who had to see horrendous things. My brother spoke of (only late at night when he couldn’t sleep} having to stop children with explosives on their backs that would be sent into a military village. Or finding women chained to the controls of tanks being made to drive and fight against us 😢….these men deserved so much more, yes, war is HELL….BUT all other returning vets from past wars along with wars after were welcomed home in one fashion or another. God Bless these veterans ❤🇺🇸

Lock down notwithstanding, if you can possibly get a chance to see the moving wall, then take it. It will have the same effect on you as if you were at the actual Vietnam War Memorial in Washington DC. I know because I have been to both. Vietnam 12/67-8/69, 101st Airborne Division, First Cavalry Division, combat medic.

My husband passed away almost 3 years ago. He served with the 11th Black horse from 1968-1969. He didn't remember any names and WA upset about it. If anyone of the Black horse regiment remembers him (tank commander Wilbur W Do pita Jr.) Please contact me,his widow of 50 years. I have pictures. Thank you
