Hiii skip to 1:15 if you don't wanna listen to me blab! Also sorry I keep looking off to the side at some invisible phantom, my mirror was there so I had to keep making sure my camera was still focused on meeeee *flails arms*, okay BYE ENJOYYY
Yayyy! Thank you so much lady! Your shoe taste is impeccable. And so what if you're size 9?! At least you don't have my crappy bunions! Hahaha!! I'm gonna get those lace up boots! LOVE! :)
The Pinup Companion Rachel! You are my absolute FAVORITE VINTAGE PERSON!!!!! I feel like you're one of my bffs! (I really do wish you were one of my bffs 😩). Can you make a video of your favorite vintage music? Start with all the music in all your videos, that's one of the things I look forward to every time I see a new video of you in my feed. Please please do a vintage music video! And please please do a meet and greet! Yes, I'm asking again. Love you so much and watching your videos is one of the things that makes my day better!. I re-watch your older videos in between you uploading new ones. Take care🤗❤️👌🏽☝🏼
Younger gals: There are people called cobblers (yes, even today) and they can resole your shoes AND add rubber half soles and heels to "character shoes" AKA expensive dance shoes that tend to look vintage. Dance shoes wear like iron and come in a lot of sizes! Just a tip from a former tapper!
Capezio is a brand my mom used to swear by. She wasn't a dancer, but she swore their shoes were the most comfortable ones she owned and lasted forever. Sidenote, as an adult I found a pair of capezio cowboy boots, worst shoes EVER as far as comfort went, but my fault probably, never buy boots of that style you can't wear good socks in, it matters.
Please don't take my odd compliment the wrong way, but you look like you could have be a sassy cartoonist working for Walt Disney in the 40s. I feel like I say this every video, but your editing makes me so happy :) As for women with big feet back then, my grandma who was a teenager in the 50s with size nines says she they didn't make clothes for "big people." I think she either crammed into the largest women's shoe she could find or bought feminine men's shoes, which were hard to come by without being the talk of the town. I'm an 11, so finding any shoes at all that don't look like clown shoes is a struggle!
I'm working for a shoe online shop in Germany (we're not the producers) that sells shoes of the brand "Brako". It's a spanish brand, they have very vintage looking and high quality shoes (they are made of real leather). Just search for Brako shoes on the Internet, they sell sizes until 9/ 10 (UK size I think :D). I do also have very large feet and I know the struggle. PS: this is not advertisement or anything else, I just know the shoes and their good quality and maybe you might like them :)
Well most people who have larger size feet are tall and clothing hangs beautifully on them so focus on the positive lol I’m only 5’4” so not very tall. Vertically challenged lol well I guess average but that would be annoying to try to find shoes that fit luckily now we have more options shopping online! 😁 yay!
Would you ever do a vintage business/professional workplace lookbook? Or maybe a tutorial for business-y hair? I'd love to see your take on that bc I just got an office job and don't want to just wear boring office clothes lol
I'm 5"10' and I wear a lot of high heels. I've always loved feeling tall. But then, I live in the Netherlands, where my height is nothing unusual. I also lived in London, and the Brits are much shorter, but I love being taller than average. Btw, I feel like vintage clothes in general are not that easy to find when you're taller.
lol myself and my daughter went to Amsterdam, we're both tall but she's taller and we couldn't get over the height of women over there we felt like dwarfs lol. we're Irish
Maria Sofola __oh yes, the Irish are much shorter in general. The English too. I used to live in London and I always felt like a super model there. Edit: oops, I'm repeating myself with the whole London thing!
Rewatching this in 2022 and it's amazing how many vintage reproduction and vintage inspired options there are for shoes now! I feel like I see a new ad on instagram every other time I open it. The Memery has some styles that I've been eyeing for a while.
The Rocketdog suggestion totally helped me! I was just poking around my local Plato's Closet today and found knee-high Rocketdog boots. Not quite the same style of course, but I immediately thought of your video and excitedly grabbed them. They look a lot like the Breckelle's boots and were in my size. So excited. Also picked up a pair of cool Oxford style shoes. Thank you for sharing your shoe collection (and other items too), it really helps as I start trying to dress towards more of a vintage style. Plus I love your sense of humor and beautiful video style. :)
Also coming to the realization that I don't own vintage shoes haha. I also have big feet and wear size 9 1/2-10 (perks of being tall woo) A lot of my shoes are naturalizer because they have a more "old" look and often pass as vintage and they're suuper comfy! Also love breckelles, guilty of owning them in multiple colors too XD
Lol I don't think I ever really thought about it until I was done with this. I always figured I had one or two pairs of actual vintage but uhhhh nope, just one apparently 😂😂
try glueing a tiny piece of felt on the part of those soda shoes that digs into your ankle. it will provide a bit of padding. bonus if can find a wool jacket at the thrift and use a piece of that!
Yeah that 1-2inch heel is a good comfort level :) I checked and unfortunately Rivers doesn't ship worldwide which is a pity because they're not a bad price either
I'm 5' 11" and wear a 10W or 11, so I feel you on the vintage ones never fitting. The oldest shoes I own that fit are from the late 70s. My guess is women with bigger feet in the past probably had to wear men's shoes or have them custom made. And I had a pair of those City Classified flats and I loved them so much! I wore them until they fell apart, I hope they restock my size someday so I can buy more 😊
I recognized those Aris Allens immediately! Yes, they are dance shoes (and if you're a dancer, I wouldn't recommend wearing them outside if you want to keep them turning great for swing or other dancing), but for anyone wondering... Yes, they're still in business!
I love you. Your videos make me laugh and I love your vintage style. I also appreciate that your proudly share your "nerdy" passions without feeling the need to apologize for it. You're delightful.
Rewatching those old videos cause you're my comfort youtuber. You changed a lot in 3 years damn ! Your hair and makeup are quite different. I like both version ^^
I can't get over how amazing your style of vintage is!!! Everything just works so well together. You legit have the cutest shoe collection 😭💖 I kinda have to make my shoes look vintage ish in any way I can like painting a pair of white low top vans to make them look like oxfords lmao. I can't wait for what outfit ideas you'll come up with for the fall!!💖💖💖
Today I started doing research about different styles and found vintage style I was like wow I love all of this I have always had a love for vintage clothes but never knew this was a style I am loving it thank u Rachel for showing things about vintage I love u
I feel you Rachel; I am a size 10/11 women (9/10 men) shoe and finding cute thrift store shoes is pretty much impossible. However, these fins make me a very good swimmer. As for your shoes digging into your heels, put a blister patch or a flesh-toned bandaid on your heel. I think some companies make inserts specifically for heels as well but either option might work for you.
I have a obsession with collecting vintage. I even have a working 1950's sunbeam mixer and a working 1970's toaster. I have been wanting to get into the fashion but gonna wait until I have time and money. To fill my vintage goals of a house full of vintage everything including attire.
I love the Benny & Joon clip at the end. Lol. I can relate to the having larger feet impairing owning vintage shoes. I am right between an 8 1/2 to 9 with a wide foot on top of that. Love your shoe collection!
Soo cute! A lot of your insecurities that you've overcome are the ones I'm currently overcoming. This 5'8", size 9 shoe, vintage lover really sees you as quite the inspiration...🥰
Thank you for sharing so many flats and low shoes! I'm doing a pin up pageant, and have a bum ankle AND knee, so high heels are really not an option for me... but I know so many people will be wearing pumps.
That moment of pain when you hear: 'those boots (you adore) are still available online...' and then your brain kicks into gear and adds 'but not where you live, missy!' 😢
The Pinup Companion The brand seems to be avaible theoretically but I only with a very limited selection - and most were listed as 'not avaible'. Oh well, looking for them I already found a different pair I love (can't wait for boot season to begin!) 😁
I love the mid vid floof image! Thank you for this video, you gave me tons of inspiration in looking for shoes that may do in vintage style. Loved the video as always. Memes, you, good music, vintage and the talking animals - everything I need.
I'm absolutely in love with this video! Your shoes are soooo beautiful! Where I live is really hard to find anything that looks a little like vintage, so it's an everyday task! I fell in love with the black heels!
Oh I believe you, I’m a 6foot tall plus sized female with size 12 feet. Curse my love for vintage cause I literally can’t find anything. 😢 love those black and white shoes btw! 💕
You'd be surprised how little it took to get me hooked on the vintage style, I found your channel like two days ago and I'm already enamored with it. Particularly love the long skirts [I've been growing adverse to short ones lol] I seem to face the exact same sort of issue you do when it comes to finding shoes in my size [Size 5, you'd think that'd be easy, well I was wrong]. My mission to look for some cute oxfords has been a difficult feat, and I blame my weariness of looking into random online shops T.T
Royale Vintage Shoes are a treasure trove for vintage shoes (circa 20s-40s), even for us Clydesdale lassies. They make reconstructions of surviving extant shoes. Their sister company, American Duchess, does shoes from the 18th century to the 1910s.
For shoes digging into your ankles or rubbing at toes, I swear by athletic tape! Its wider than a plaster so it doesn't get caught and peeled down by the back of the shoe, you can pre cut strips of it and keep them in the coin section of your wallet, put it on before your tights to hide it better or put it over a plaster if you've already got a cut going + need extra security/staying power. I use bright pink tape bc it was the cheapest option, but it comes in skin tones for better camo, and my one roll has lasted me the past 4 yrs 😁 life's too short to let pain stop you from shoes you love!
As someone with curly hair I identified with that part where you were fussing about your hair on a spiritual level. The shrinkage is real and sometimes I have locks that are almost four inches longer sticking out 😂😂😂
ALSO since fall is coming upon us I would love love love some lookbooks. In my mind I've always associated the season of autumn with vintage stuff for some reason sooooo perfecto
As a cross dressing male (str8) not that it matters I feel your pain I have a 10/11m which equates 12/13f I actually have been able to Purchase on eBay and some Chinese imports from www
I have been waiting for this video!!! Also I have a pair of black ballet style shoes like your red ones that I found at Target... so in love with them. They may still have them.
Many swing dancers use vintage-looking black-and-white shoes, you ought to find them easily. Try e.g. Bleyer - they mostly do flats but have some heeled versions like Suzy-Q. And they are comfortable!
My grandmother has this lovely pair of beaded shoes from her wedding - it cost a fortune back then to make, so after the wedding she wore it only for new year's, it's basically in amazing condition for its age but her feet were TINY. I can put maybe half my foot in it before crying 😭 Those red lace up shoes are so cute btw 💖💖
Eeeeee!! All of your shoes are amazing :D those American eagle booties are a dream! Also, I laughed so much when you called Frodo over with an invisible treat, because my dog also knows this trick....she never comes when I call her anymore XD she just narrows her eyes at me haha!
I totally understand not having many vintage shoe options in your size... I’m an 11 1/2 (or 11wide) and the number of times i experience disappointment when looking for cute shoes is upsetting. But I found that if you’re looking for shoes in larger size that look somewhat vintage-y and don’t mind loafers, the men’s department can be quite useful! I recently got a beautiful pair of men’s dress shoes from the thrift store that look really vintage and they fit me well! If paired with the right outfit, they can look quite feminine (if that’s the style you’re going for).
I've been looking for a pair of those City Classified mary janes ever since my own pair gave up the ghost! I bought them originally at a thrift store with an unreadable tag so I was never able to track them down. My day is made, I must now go and buy these in every available colour!
So I may have purchased a pair of those strappy White Mountain sandals after seeing this video ... I found a pair on eBay, except in red. And yes, they are some of the most adorable *and* comfortable shoes I have ever worn. So thank you for mentioning the brands of your shoe collection! :D Also, the American Eagle shoes rock; shockingly great brand. They are so pretty and comfortable, and I own quite a few pairs! One of my favorite pairs of shoes ever are these black high heel mary janes that I wear all of the time when I dress up for something during the wintertime. They've lasted me about 5 years, and I'll probably cry when I finally wear them to the ground. Haha.
Have you checked Restricted Shoes? It's an online store, I've bought a couple of shoes there and usually get complilents when I were them; and the price is not bad
Oh and visit The Walking Company. We normally have at least 2 or 3 styles that look like vintage shoes every season and they're comfort shoes that last forever. I have 3 pairs of oxfords and a slip on shoes that look completely vintage. I also have some creative recreation shoes at goodwill that are those oxford type sneaks. Super cute
For modern shoes with vintage flair, try Rockport's Cobb Hill line. They're a bit more expensive because they are leather, but there are some really cute styles. Also the arch support is actually high enough to hit my high-end-of-average arches. They also seem to be a sturdy shoe, however please be aware that this means that most people will have to break them in.
I love Earth Origins and Naturalizer! They are super comfortable and really cute. They're pretty much the only heels that I can wear. I have some really really comfortable Earth Origins leather loafers that I wear all of the time.
Hiii skip to 1:15 if you don't wanna listen to me blab! Also sorry I keep looking off to the side at some invisible phantom, my mirror was there so I had to keep making sure my camera was still focused on meeeee *flails arms*, okay BYE ENJOYYY
But that's the best part , second to the floof fixs
Yayyy! Thank you so much lady! Your shoe taste is impeccable. And so what if you're size 9?! At least you don't have my crappy bunions! Hahaha!! I'm gonna get those lace up boots! LOVE! :)

+Monica Crisostomo I agree on favorite songs. I am also wondering about a favorite make up?
Thank you!
Blessings
Mrs.O
"wild diva, that's me!" I freaking love it lol
Younger gals: There are people called cobblers (yes, even today) and they can resole your shoes AND add rubber half soles and heels to "character shoes" AKA expensive dance shoes that tend to look vintage. Dance shoes wear like iron and come in a lot of sizes! Just a tip from a former tapper!
Catherine Zilber Oh cool! I never thought of doing that but that's a good idea!
My ancestors were cobblers.
Guess I can ask them to add rubber to my sisters tap dancing shoes and hope I don't get blisters when I wear them again 😅
Character shoes are 🙌
Capezio is a brand my mom used to swear by. She wasn't a dancer, but she swore their shoes were the most comfortable ones she owned and lasted forever.

Hugh Jass Hahaha that's awesome 😂❤️❤️ And yes! That makes so much sense because finding anything over a size 7 in vintage is so hard!
I'm working for a shoe online shop in Germany (we're not the producers) that sells shoes of the brand "Brako". wow, i wear a size 10, and i now feel a bit luckier living in this day and age where i can at least find shoes in my size >
Would you ever do a vintage business/professional workplace lookbook? Or maybe a tutorial for business-y hair? I'd love to see your take on that bc I just got an office job and don't want to just wear boring office clothes lol
That's a good idea! 😊
The Pinup Companion pleaseee
Oh, my goodness! Katherine Hepburn!
The struggle of being a vintage gal in 2017 who is 5’8 and size 9 feet. I feel ya. I feel ya girl.
Hahaha YUP I'm glad ya feel my pain!
Im 5'11 and I wear like an 11
Same
My shoes are size 10.5-11,5 and trying to find vintage shoes is a PAIN!
I'm 6 and size 13 feet. I'm just entering the vintage world and already giving up by the struggle of not finding anything that can probably fit 😭😭🤧
I did not skip the blab because that is why i subscribe to you! All hail the blab! xo Lovely shoes by the way :)
Natreadsbooks Hahaha aww thank you love! Some people don't like it so I like to let them skip if they want 😂❤️
I'm 5"10' and I wear a lot of high heels. I've always loved feeling tall. But then, I live in the Netherlands, where my height is nothing unusual. I also lived in London, and the Brits are much shorter, but I love being taller than average.

Eleonore Bon Haha exactly! I like towering over everyone in Boston on the daily commute. Like YES HELLO I'M UP HERE I AM ALMIGHTY
lol myself and my daughter went to Amsterdam, we're both tall but she's taller and we couldn't get over the height of women over there we felt like dwarfs lol. we're Irish
Maria Sofola __oh yes, the Irish are much shorter in general. The English too. I used to live in London and I always felt like a super model there. Edit: oops, I'm repeating myself with the whole London thing!
Rachel Maksy how tall are you???
@AND ANDREY ISN'T HERE About 182 cm
Rewatching this in 2022 and it's amazing how many vintage reproduction and vintage inspired options there are for shoes now! I feel like I see a new ad on instagram every other time I open it. The Memery has some styles that I've been eyeing for a while.
I love when I watch Rachel's old videos, you can really tell how much more confident she's become 😁
You should do a favorite trousers/pants video, I never know where to find vintage looking pants and I love the look
Morgan k Good idea! ❤️😊
Ye same. I don't have a clue were to find the bloody pants lol. I've looked online but there 1000 pounds!!!! Well the good ones are anyway 😢
"'But Rachel, why is it your favorite shoe if it hurts?' Because they're CUTE!"
...I felt that on a spiritual level.
You are the CUTEST. Floofy hair and adorable clothing and just the best personality.
Sarena Romriell Ahhh you're the sweetest 😭❤️
The Rocketdog suggestion totally helped me! I was just poking around my local Plato's Closet today and found knee-high Rocketdog boots. Not quite the same style of course, but I immediately thought of your video and excitedly grabbed them. They look a lot like the Breckelle's boots and were in my size. So excited. Also picked up a pair of cool Oxford style shoes. Thank you for sharing your shoe collection (and other items too), it really helps as I start trying to dress towards more of a vintage style. Plus I love your sense of humor and beautiful video style. :)
Oh yay!!! I'm glad you could find them! And thank you ahh you're too sweet!
Also coming to the realization that I don't own vintage shoes haha. Lol I don't think I ever really thought about it until I was done with this. I always figured I had one or two pairs of actual vintage but uhhhh nope, just one apparently 😂😂
I'm short with big feet
If you're still wondering the style of the second shoe i would say that there heeled brogues /derbies because of the detailing and open lacing
Trash B01 Thank you so much!! I need to look into more of that style 😊
oh my god where did you get your tights? they have a very aesthetically pleasing seam and seem like really good quality.
Ianna Rosa I got them forever ago on either Amazon or eBay! If you search seamed tights on either they should pop up! 😊❤️
try glueing a tiny piece of felt on the part of those soda shoes that digs into your ankle. it will provide a bit of padding. bonus if can find a wool jacket at the thrift and use a piece of that!
Girls love me when I buy them vintage style shoes! Next purses, then dress! Think that why I’m broke all the time! Just love it!
In Australia we have a store called Rivers which is mostly weird slightly Farmery clothes but they have lots of those cute dance type heels :)
Emily Atkinson I need to find more of them, cuz they're always so comfy hahaha
Yeah that 1-2inch heel is a good comfort level :) I checked and unfortunately Rivers doesn't ship worldwide which is a pity because they're not a bad price either
They are literally the only good items in rivers 😂😂
Haha their shoes are certainly the best of what's in there lol
I live in Australia and look everywhere for these shoes (that fit me) I will look in Rivers.
I'm 5' 11" and wear a 10W or 11, so I feel you on the vintage ones never fitting. The oldest shoes I own that fit are from the late 70s. I checked online today (May 12, 2019) and the white/black saddle shoe style with a nice curved heel (aka not a block heel) are still being sold!
You are such a treat to watch! I could watch you ramble on about absolutely nothing for hours 😂👍🤍
I love that you have your own aesthetic and you stick with it and I love it!
Oh my gosh! I love that you know what hamboning is! (Nerdy music teacher geeking out over this!)
I love you. Your videos make me laugh and I love your vintage style. I also appreciate that your proudly share your "nerdy" passions without feeling the need to apologize for it. You're delightful.
Amos S Ahhh you're the sweetest thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
Rewatching those old videos cause you're my comfort youtuber. You changed a lot in 3 years damn ! Your hair and makeup are quite different. I like both version ^^
I loled so much with the "grinch slippers". Also, love your videos and i'm not even into vintage all that much. You're awesome.
Hehehe they're limited edition 😂 Aww thank you so much!!
I can't get over how amazing your style of vintage is!!! Everything just works so well together. You legit have the cutest shoe collection 😭💖 I kinda have to make my shoes look vintage ish in any way I can like painting a pair of white low top vans to make them look like oxfords lmao. Arie Omg that's genius haha! Thank you cuteness!
I want all of those. my bank account hates you right now
Terinka14 😂😂❤️❤️❤️
I almost thought the pooch wasn't going to make an appearance. Glad I stayed until the end ;)
Hahahaha yup my husband usually steals him and goes outside to play frisbee while I film so I gotta steal him back sometimes 😂
Today I started doing research about different styles and found vintage style I was like wow I love all of this I have always had a love for vintage clothes but never knew this was a style I am loving it thank u Rachel for showing things about vintage I love u
Woow! All of them are amazing and the black and white oxford pumps are to die for. Love your work :)
Eee thank you beauty!!
I feel you Rachel; I am a size 10/11 women (9/10 men) shoe and finding cute thrift store shoes is pretty much impossible. However, these fins make me a very good swimmer.

Hahaha aww the swimming thing, so cute 😂 And yup if I'm gonna wear those shoes I always put band-aids on first 😂😂
Grinch slippers are everything!
Hehehe yes!!
Lol.

hopkinsamye Yeeess my feet are wide too!! Sometimes I'll find a vintage pair in my size but they'll be way too narrow 😂😂
Soo cute! A lot of your insecurities that you've overcome are the ones I'm currently overcoming. This 5'8", size 9 shoe, vintage lover really sees you as quite the inspiration...🥰
Lol I'm 5'4 and a size 9 😂
I don't mind if though. All the better to crunch leaves with
I'm incredibly jealous of your vintage collection! I'd love to find a few pairs for myself.
I hear you about fitting into vintage shoes with size nines!! I feel youuu!
Hahaha it's rough!!!
Thank you for sharing so many flats and low shoes! I'm doing a pin up pageant, and have a bum ankle AND knee, so high heels are really not an option for me... but I know so many people will be wearing pumps.
Omg!!!! You and I are the same!!! Big feet and tall!! It's horrible to find nice shoes that fit! (And I'm still not comfortable on heels)
Fluffy Robin It really is! I'm glad you're with me! ❤️
I feel you, girl! I got size 11s, I have soooooo much trouble even finding regular shoes at the store, much less vintage stuff!
For myself - “wild diva, dat’s me”, 2:42. Always brightens my day!
Girl I wear an 11, its impossible to find vintage shoes. ^^
Saaaame
That moment of pain when you hear: 'those boots (you adore) are still available online...' and then your brain kicks into gear and adds 'but not where you live, missy!' 😢

I'm absolutely in love with this video! Your shoes are soooo beautiful! Where I live is really hard to find anything that looks a little like vintage, so it's an everyday task! I fell in love with the black heels!
Maria Vitória Vargas Yup I feel you! It's definitely rare for me to find good ones locally! ❤️❤️
Love the Benny and June reference towards the end!!
Emily Peterson 😊😊😊❤️❤️
5'9! No wonder all of your clothes look so amazing! 👗👠
LOVE the strappy heels. And those brown granny boots. The last pair of those I had were in the late 80s or early 90s. High School anyway.
Seriously, why did I never think of buying dance shoes!? Genius.
Oh I believe you, I’m a 6foot tall plus sized female with size 12 feet. Curse my love for vintage cause I literally can’t find anything. 😢 love those black and white shoes btw! 💕

:O I didn't know you were that tall...you look really tiny, I thought you would be 5'1 or something XD
Tall Rocks btw ^-^ Me is also tall
GeekyDollGirl98 Hahaha yup I am! ❤️😊
Beaut collection doll! I love that a modern day style shoe can fool us all into thinking it be an oldy-worldy shoe 👟👠👢Yaaaaaassss!! Xx
❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have the same pair of the brown flats with the strap in black and you're right!!! I have gotten so many blisters from that back piece. 😂
Omg I'm so glad it's not just me 😂😂 I always make sure I wear pre-emptive band-aids when I wear these shoes 😂
As someone with curly hair I identified with that part where you were fussing about your hair on a spiritual level. The shrinkage is real and sometimes I have locks that are almost four inches longer sticking out 😂😂😂
I do surprisingly well on ebay for shoes too! I'm a size 10 so i feel yo pain. I love the fur babies and their inner monologues!
Jessica Brissette Some of my cheapest shoes end up being my favorites, hahaha.
ALSO since fall is coming upon us I would love love love some lookbooks. In my mind I've always associated the season of autumn with vintage stuff for some reason sooooo perfecto
Rayna Butler Heehee yup there will definitely be some Lookbooks! 😊❤️
Those lace up boots are the bomb!!!! I was Elphaba for Halloween and they are super comfortable and I still wear them 😊☺️
Omg I can't stop watching your videos! You are such an inspiration to me as a teenager with a vintage style. Love you💙💙💙
Abigail Heffernan Awww hehe love YOU! 😊❤️
As a cross dressing male (str8) not that it matters I feel your pain I have a 10/11m which equates 12/13f I actually have been able to
Purchase on eBay and some Chinese imports from www
Oo I actually haven't tried looking on eBay that much, I probably should though! Seems like it'd be easier to organize by size!
I have been waiting for this video!!! Also I have a pair of black ballet style shoes like your red ones that I found at Target... so in love with them. They may still have them.
Kathy Berger I think I've seen the one you're talking about!! I need all the ballet style shoes 😂❤️
Hahaha aww tiny granny feeeet! Yup my grandmother's feet were also microscopic 😂😂
I had red ones like your forest green shoes :) was managing a shoe store way back when...loved those things. So cute! Love them in the green too.
YES GURL! I got 9.5-10 and I FEEL your PAIN!!!
Eeeeee!! All of your shoes are amazing :D those American eagle booties are a dream! Also, I laughed so much when you called Frodo over with an invisible treat, because my dog also knows this trick....she never comes when I call her anymore XD she just narrows her eyes at me haha!
Hahahaha yup, he's totally catching on 😂😂
I love her style and the shoes are so pretty
Kas Thank you so much love!!
Cute shoes, Rachel! The boots are adorable, too! Frodo's "shoes" are just him all over! ~Janet in Canada
Omg 😂 I just bought the same shoes at 8:27 today, at a thrift store. And I came looking for videos about vintage/modern to vintage shoes and clothes.
You have the most calming voice its amazing
Ahhhhh Rachel! I love your personality so much❤️
You're so sweet AHH thank you ❤️
I have those black naturalizer pumps and they are pretty comfortable for heels!
Yeah they definitely are! ❤️
You're 5'9" ? Me too.
But I am a size *11* shoe, so vintage shoes from any decade _never_ come in my size, ha ha. 😅😭
I've been looking for a pair of those City Classified mary janes ever since my own pair gave up the ghost! I bought them originally at a thrift store with an unreadable tag so I was never able to track them down. My day is made, I must now go and buy these in every available colour!
I love them so much!! And they're super cheap which is always nice hahaha
So I may have purchased a pair of those strappy White Mountain sandals after seeing this video ... I found a pair on eBay, except in red. And yes, they are some of the most adorable *and* comfortable shoes I have ever worn. So thank you for mentioning the brands of your shoe collection! :D
Also, the American Eagle shoes rock; shockingly great brand. Haha.
spiderleenie Omg yay!! I'm glad you found some!!! They're so good right?!!! Now I want some in red 😂
At 2:08 - I think that type of shoe is called Brogue or Brogue oxfords.
I have literally one pair of vintage style shoes and they’re from the brand B. A. I. T (But Another Innocent Tale)
I fully gasped at the reference and video clip from Benny and Joon. it is one of my favorite movies and no one knows about.
New shoes that are vintage inspired company is B.A.I.T. Footwear I just got a bunch and I love them and are surprisingly comfortable too!
Love your pet commentary! Keep up the great work!
Kaitlyn Holm Hahaha I have way too much fun with it 😂❤️
Have you checked Restricted Shoes? It's an online store, I've bought a couple of shoes there and usually get complilents when I were them; and the price is not bad
Sandals are very forgiving when it comes to sizing. 😊
Grinch slippers. 😂🤣🌟 love it.
Love the naturalizers. 👠
First! LOL ❤️. Shoes are my all time favourite!!! Size 9 as well, and vintage are almost impossible to find!
Rachel Morscher Hehehe WOOO!! Yup! You're not alone!! 😂❤️
To me vintage looking shoes are the most difficult to find! Thanks for this 😍
They totally are! But it makes it that much better when you do find some, haha!
I love Earth Origins and Naturalizer! They are super comfortable and really cute. They're pretty much the only heels that I can wear. I have some really really comfortable Earth Origins leather loafers that I wear all of the time.
I totally need to look into purchasing more from them! I'm amazed at how comfy these ones are!
I love this channel so much its weirdly nostalgic :)
Aww yay! Thank you love!! 😊
Stinking CUTE shoes! Thanks for sharing. ❤
Rocket dog boots- there are similar once on Victorian Choice...
Love the vid! Fantastic as usual!!!😁👍
Everyone is talking about the Benny & Joon reference and I'm over here like "Yeeesss Rigby! HamBONIN'!" 😂 (Obsessed with your videos! 😁)
Hahaha YESS Rigby 😂
