Casual weight loss is not the same as weight loss surgery. People who get weight loss surgery are generally speaking very obese, and thus require assistance with alot of things and have different needs. After the weight loss surgery they don't need the same assistance and have different needs thus the dynamic in the relationship changes, which explains the drastic separation rate after weight loss surgery.
If you have any information about separations after casual weight loss I would love to hear it, but weight loss surgery is not the same as general weight loss.

Can't lie, it amazes me how Malena always says she doesn't want to be a streamer, yet it's the thing that allows her to have an extremely comfortable life where she doesn't have to worry about sh*t.
