Even after paying 1.2 cr minimum we need to spend another 5 to 10 lakh on amenities n others. Is it worth taking such huge loan n paying humongous EMIs.

For year
30,000 x 12 = 3.6 lakhs
For 30 years it's 3.6 lakhs x 30 = 1.08cr.
Instead of spending that much on flat we can do a long term fixed for 1 cr which would give 5 lakhs every year as interest enough for paying rent and other charges😂

లేదర్రా పిల్లలూ.... రేట్లు అంతగా లేకపోయినా 6k అనేది gated కమ్యూనిటీ లో కామన్. లొకేషన్ చాలా మంచిది. రెంటు కనీసం 35k వస్తుంది. కాకపోతే ఉద్యోగస్తులు అంత డబ్బు పెట్టి కొనటం లాభసాటి కానే కాదు. ఉన్నొడే కొంటాడు.
