Hi nanny ! I think u have come a long way doing ur makeup in 3 years ! Ur finished look looks great! I'm glad u are doing the lymphatic drainage massage bc It really works I honestly swear by it ! I can't wait to watch ur video on that routine:) Oh and this whole anti aging stuff that is flying around lately is such nonsense! People want to boycott companies for using the term ! Seriously! Anti-aging is just a beauty term that merely means against aging or slow the process ! No one can stop aging but I honestly feel with the right skin products and tools we can certainly look better ! No one wants to look 20 for sure and I do not think Anti-aging means that as some are saying ! I listen to some creators talking about different things and now it's about anti aging is a joke ! It's not anti-aging simply means slowing down the process of aging a little bit not stopping it ! I don't know where some people get this stuff but they do!!! we just have to do what's right by us what we believe in what makes us feel good and what looks good on our skin inside and outside because there's anti-aging things to take inside like collagen powder that really helps us, be strong inwardly too. At age 85 you have earned the right to not worry about anti aging. Don’t feel pressured. Your biggest concerns at this point are your and Moosey’s health. The rest is gravy, as they say. I am 69 years young; hope I can look as good as you and have the mind and the energy you do when I get to 85. Much more important.

You seem to be getting younger ever day Nanny! We all know that makeup helps us look better, but I also believe that being positive and having a great attitude helps. I’ve seen so many older individuals that seem to have a permanent scowl on their face, which makes them constantly look unhappy. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if they could bottle positivity and happiness in a jar which could be applied daily as well!!😘🤗

I like to call it "pro-aging" because there's nothing wrong with living life to the fullest no matter what the number of times it is that you have spun around the sun. Into her 80's my Mom didn't have any wrinkles whatsoever and when people would marvel at her peachy young complexion, they would ask what her secret is/was? She said, "I never laid out in the sun and I've used Albolene cream since the early 1950's"!
My grandmother used Albolene cream, too. She had beautiful, soft skin.

Hello Nanny. Needed some time to think about this Anti-Aging, make up thing. So what I think is I like my makeup, like my skin care products, yeah it’s all good. Don’t want to go about without it, might frighten the children and old people. (Actually I’m one of the “old” people.) Some of us need more help than others, you don’t need much at all Nanny. We just want to feel good about ourselves, so I say go for it. Wear a little, wear a lot, do whatever is right for you. Be happy and God bless us all!

Your skin looks amazing for 85 so you have been doing something right all of these years. Face yoga looks strange, but it has to work because why wouldn’t it? Can’t wait for that. I need something for my turkey gobbler that’s starting to appear. Where did that come from all of a sudden?? Your hair is beautiful and your makeup looks very nice today. ❤ I always use a disposable lash spoolie to separate my lashes after applying mascara while it’s still a little wet and to remove the globs. They are cheap and work great. Hey! You’re at 30k now! WOOO HOOOO!

That’s a great brow pencil! You could easily use to micro blade your brows yourself. It’s just carve little lines where you want brows with a hand tool made for this like a soft tap tool, then put the ink (permanent makeup pigment) on top and it seeps in. It’s easy and also easy to retouch. It fades so not more than a year commitment

I'm gonna try that dry shampoo, because after you use it your hair looks so full. I'm 66 yrs old and I always had fine straight hair.

Yes, I also use Nivia and also Jergens lotion which I love with the almond-rose scent....a little blush and some eye make-up.....
You look beautiful. I am 74. I do facial exercises every morning and night. I do have the near red infrared facial mask. I use it about once per week. You have gorgeous hair. I use the Maybelline mascara in the yellow tube too. I don’t wear foundation make up, but I put on some lipstick, a little bit of blush if I’m pale and the mascara. Love watching you every morning. Makes me think of when my neighbors who moved to Ireland, sent me a giant Estee Lauder makeup kit for Christmas one year, because I adopted their cat. I had the most fun experimenting with makeup. Hi Nanny, you might look up Carole Maggio Facercise facial exercises. She is definitely an expert and a great example of what you can accomplish with her regimen. I used to wait on her when I worked for the USPS. She was always mailing copies of her book and traveling to give seminars. I think she still has a day spa in Redondo Beach.

Nanny, I really like how you are doing your makeup, the color of your foundation and your blush is perfect. I've gone to Macy's many years ago to their makeup counter and had a "re-do" of my makeup colors, application, etc and, truthfully, I couldn't wait to get out of there, go home and "re-do" it myself! Maybe you'd have a better experience, but mine was not good, so like you, I continue to try and improve it myself! And you're doing it beautifully! One thing I have learned from watching mascara application on You Tube is, for us ladies of the older generation, to apply the mascara so that our lashes go up and out towards the outer corner of our eyes....thus opening our eyes a little more. Hope that made sense!!?? Anyway, it does seem to work. Sending love and blessings always to you and yours....and to all of us who follow you and love you!!

Hi I am new here I guess I’m 86 feet years old too. I think you look. Beautiful your skin is gorgeous. I am blessed to have a good complexion for my age also. This past year has been rough. I lost my hubby and my brother and broke my hip the day before my husband‘s funeral but I am happy you still have your guy I am in assisted-living because I get my medicine delivered. I’ve been redecorating my apartment, and loving it very much feeling younger than my age.❤ I use very little make up just a little blush and lipstick and moisturizer but I want to try some of the products you were using. Good morning Nanny, you always look lovely after you GRWM videos. I only wear makeup if I am going out now. I used to wear it every day. But after my husband passed I lost interest. I don’t have anyone to look nice for. My sweet Molly loves me one way or another (as did my husband). However, that said, it lifts my spirits and I feel better about myself when I do fix myself up. I have the same problem with eye make up it irritates my eyes. I usually just wear a little blusher and some lippy. 😊
Nanny you are such a delight to follow! Just found your program for the first time and was so intrigued - we have many of the same "aging" issues and, in fact, looks like we could be sisters with same hair, green eyes, fair complexion , sparse lashes and eyebrows, etc., but like you, I'm not giving up at age 75. I've never gone out in public without some effort with makeup and try to keep it light and as natural as possible. You have some great tips! I just ordered the Bio Gel, Tressame Dry Shampoo and Revlon rose chrome lipstick to try out. Love your lipstick, but didn't catch the exact name, so am hoping it's close. About a month ago I tried some lash growth serum and have been pleasantly surprised that new hairs are definitely growing in. I also liked your suggestion about the shoulder pads at "our" age. They were very popular in the 80's and you have convinced me to go back to the trend for a better looking posture. Keep the beauty tips coming. THANK YOU!

-Amazing how makeup enhances a face. And interesting how many obtions there are to have fun with! - You are lucky to have that perfect bone structure. It is pretty much impossible to not look gorgeous, once you have that!
Looking forward to learn about the facial muscle tecniques. It's true that working out is hard to stick to! I certainly never managed to go to a gym for long.. This reminded me of Victoria Principals book with exercises, many can be done in a pretty relaxed way. By tightening a muscle for a bit, and then relaxing it. She had a skiing accident. And could not work out. She then develloped a way to keep fit without straining the body. (Not that I managed that one either🤣).
