I like the first movement very much. It is in the usual style that countless composers of that time used, but is better orchestrated and relies much less on repeated motifs than f.i. Hummel, Ries, Herz etc. did. And there are even hints of counterpoint which at that time was considered pedantic and outmoded.
One of my favorite composers, Dauprat from the Paris conservatory, spoke of the importance of using varied styles of third movements, including Boleros like this. It is a welcome contrast

And I like the first movement and second equally! Sissel you have great musical taste but I hope you can enjoy the simpler forms :)
