Yes, If a contact is blocked, you won’t be able to retrieve deleted messages from them. You might need to unblock them to view any messages they’ve sent or to try recovering them. 👌
@@TrevorNace Hi Trevor again I did unblocked the contact but no messages came through? Not sure why only that one did not but the rest from other contacts did? So my last option would be to delete App and reinstall it again right?!!
What I did noticed was that the backup that was set up was monthly however I did change it to daily like last week.
