I believe he is asking about the same movement used in most HMT’s etc as your sandoz is also a ST96

This is not right way to service a mechanical watch.
Excuse me sir why my spring barrel also revolving at the same rate as the rachet wheel as I wind the watch, it seems there are nothing holding down the spring barrel so the coil inside the spring barrel will wind up.

Thanks for the video, but that is not the way to service a watch. You always should dissasemble the movement completely, clean each part and reassembly and lubricate. Poor work IMHO
I just do it like practice
