This makes you not live the present like you should, and as a result, the chances of you having more regrets in the future increases, making it a cycle.
I think about the past all the time. With the mind I got today, I would've done so many different things if I had the chance to go back. However, I am who I am today because of these experiences, they are part of who I am. If you keep thinking about the past, you don't live the present and ruin your future. Let's brake this cycle.
