It says "dyed dried and buffed leather " what about oiled leather ? Can it be used over a Dyed Oiled Buffed leather?

Dries clear but to a satin. You can also buff it. The opposite to bag kote, in my opinion would be Fiebing's Tan Kote where the finish also dries clear but can be buffed to a high gloss.
