57:23 Question about vaccines to covid-19 virus.
Does the original antigenic sin would happen if one is vaccinated for two variants of sar-covid2, making the second vaccine useless?
I had a few questions about the time scale of T cell activation. How long do CD4+ cells interact with an APC in vivo? How long do T cells live in vivo? I realize these are basic questions, but I have been unsuccessful in finding these answers in the literature. Any help would be much appreciated.
