I love when Ernie forces Bert into a rhyming game. It has a blooper that they left in, where they accidentally talk over each other. Ernie, to the rhythm of the ongoing drum, responds by singing "What, what, hmm?", and Bert replies "'What what hm?!'" And then they get back to the song.
