Great video Jeremy. If you want to try other venison burgers, I’d suggest grinding you up some bacon burger. Here in the states you can get a big box of bacon ends and pieces for a fraction of what sliced bacon costs. Throw that in the grinder with the meat. I also like to add sliced jalapeños to it before the grind to give it a little kick.
In the past I've set aside fatty pieces of pork that I've butchered and frozen them to save for the deer season. Then I grind it up with the venison to add some fat.
I hope you made a video of the ice fishing trip you and the beardeds man made because I don’t watch any of the silent videos he puts out so hopefully you got it
Gino Ate The Beans yea I really don’t like them I like it better when they talk and explain what they are doing I know it really doesn’t matter if I like them or not
We set traps over night to catch cusk or burbot...just a dead shined on the bottom and check it in the morning, usually get at least one on a six trap set. We can leave them unattended for up to 24 hours.
How did you like the pickled ramps? I did almost 100 jars this year, my favorite snack I’ve ever had. If you pick them after the leaves die back they are huge
Who's the knob that just dropped the fish on the ice and walked away. What a scumbag. JESUS JEREMY. I was even going to be nice today but that crap just makes my blood boil. Can you in any way justify that.
Uh. 'Cause fish don't have feelings? LOL. There are such a range in reactions to how people hand fish and also to how people react to how people handle fish. I think you will find in most cultures that fish don't get the same respect and treatment as animals and birds. I don't know why that is. I usually try to kill them right away, but not everyone does.
@@OneWildcrafter I know you do. But I think YOU will find in most hunter-gatherer cultures they had the utmost respect for all life. They had no qualms about killing but they didn't drag it out and make it shitty either.
Nice meal
looked delicious!
nice video
Yes, to bad about the fishing - but the amazingly nice super made up for it, really impressive, regards.
We have those same plates! lol They were ones handed down to me by my mom. (The white with the green flowers)
Yep! Grammas plates, I calls 'em. They also come in orange flowers.
YUM
Next time throw in some beer with those burgers while you're frying them, amazing! Enjoyed the video bud, keep em coming!
If there was any beer there, his buddy drank them all lol
Great video as always Jeremy, I wish I had half the energy that Stevie has, he runs wide open in every video I've ever seen.
Yeah, Buddy !

Nice!
That would be illegal in Ontario.
Now that I like , yummy mmmmmm
hey get away from my sweet spot!! lmao Went out today with Wilson and my brother and the fishing was equally tough. might have to try elsewhere.

We love them! These are small ones but we also picked some after the leaves died back and they were much bigger.
Hi Jeremy, like the ice fishing video. Wanting to get on the ice here in West Virginia, but no safe ice here yet this year.🙁
Also when I had my 4 wheeler I’d drive around my traps if there was no action and it would trigger a bite! I swear it worked.
We’re the patties cooked medium raw? Or were you playing it safe and went well done? 🤔
I think we went medium rare. We aren't concerned about anything with venison/pork so we don't overcook it.
#1994wilderness ; Ha!!! Thanks Allah, I never had cameras during this time!!!
Was this after the 1 year wild?
Yes, from after the Big Wild Year.
will you cook fish or sell it
Cook it. You need a commercial license to sell fish in Ontario.
