I saw a few pins on Pinterest about home made Ursula costumes and this is a mixture of a few of them that I liked. It was easy to make a pattern to follow for this in any length or size that you need.

-Black heavy duty fabric
-Shiny purple material

-wire
-stuffing
-a strong belt to loop through the tentacles to hold it all up.
