Thanks for the video. I really want to go with Merchant's Guild in 1.0 because I love trading but, I feel like the knowledge required to identify value is immense!
Armor shred effect 200% might be ok on icicle bow build. I stack up pretty fast to 500-999+ stacks of armor shred (with multishot at close range with good attack speed applying 50+ per shot), and x3 of this effect is good for dmg increase. Ofc you want other things too on body, but still works:D
I'd add my 2 cents on picking ... keys. Arena (both original and memory ones) keys are worth picking due to high sell price (around 4k if I remember correctly). Non-arena keys are still garbage if you already have a page filled with them.
Nice, but even you are still not quite sure on on some of them, even if you are very experienced. Being new, you have no experience with ANY other builds or Uniques. So far I have learned to save exalted attack speed, base crit on weapons (and I also save exalted flat damage). Ditch 2h spears and maces ?. The thing that makes me save WAY too many crap weapons/armor pieces (where implicits suck or don't match affixes), is the fact that you MIGHT be able to make it work on LP uniques and since I don't know good uniques outside my own few builds... well it adds up to lots of storage space wasted on bad exalted gear. Thanks for these videos. Very helpful. Would like to see a couple more.
@@PerrythePig that's fair, but if you need only 1 armor with shield throw, good crit chance may be reached with mace and helm from Lightless Arbor. And crit vulnerability was nerfed, so it's better to trigger some more attacks than use VC as a buff.
so I guess I will be a mega hoarder because how am I going to learn all the potentials of all the class builds? Sure there is some time before I will reach endgame after 1.0, but still I dont think I can memorize these things :D
When you are building insane off meta garbage builds to play for fun like a mad c**t, you gotta take at least one exalted resistance mod just to prove to yourself it is possible
Hey, Im casual player and i pick up almost every exalted item laying on the ground, the guide is great and so needed for ppl like me. Thank you my boy. Iam playing lightning swipe druid rn, and i feel like crystal sword with exalted melee lightning damage is so good. Please can anyone let me know if it is not worth to go like this and better find some crit/ atack speed exalted pieces or maybe this is case when melee cold/lightning/fire damage finds its place?
For crystal swords, you would prioritize base crit. Not sure what is best as second option prefix but attack speed or +melee lightning damage should both be good.
Please someone let me know what exalted mods on wands are definitely worth keeping. Are wand builds a thing? I'm assuming if so you'd basically want spell crit chance, crit multi, cast speed, maybe ele dmg over time or something, and beyond that I'm not sure. Are mods like t7 % fire damage worthwhile on a wand, for instance, for like some fireball thing?
@@PerrythePig Ehh there've been so many times I thought I had the right answer in ARPGs and found out later I was an idiot doing the wrong thing. I will try to give myself and my intuitions more credence. But frankly you deserve the credit. I learned it from you, dad! Thanks for all of your content. No disrespect at all to other LE content creators but you're hands down the best IMO. You've contributed so much to making this my favorite game of all time. You ROCK man.
You asked if any build wants flat fire damage on a weapon? Yes! What I play, Firebrand/Flame Reave Spellblade. Not that I'd take a 2H sword. I'm curious if you have any opinions on Spellblade because I've watched a good number of your videos and never hear you mention it. I'm new and enjoy the character a lot but am interested to know what a more experienced player thinks.
I am appalled that the devs of this game downright refuse to add a loot filter rule that lets me set a minimum Forge Potential. It would save so much time and hassle. But nope. Apparently they think that trolling the player and making him look at lots of pointless loot adds "immersion".
Calm down. This is a smaller team and they have already done so much for the crafting system. Above and beyond most AAA titles. They clearly are getting ready for 1.0. A minor loot filter change wouldn’t take priority over getting the last mastery put in and bugs fixed.
I mean, filtering items that are at a specific tier of affixes is basically setting a minimum forge potential. The less you need to craft the less forging potential you need to use
i've been waiting for this video! wouldn't mind a couple more with similar piles of loot
Agree, more of this, as it very helpful for someone like me, that is pretty new to the game, and can't stop myself from collecting stuff 😅
This video is spot on, exactly what I as a new-ish player need. Feel free to make more or a video explaining advanced Loot Filter options.
Cudos!

Another great video, thank you very much. Keep them coming 👍 More of this type would be great 💪

I think I asked you to make this video a year ago (in twitch chat). Glad it's finally out!

Yes thank you! Been wanting this for so long :D
shock chance can be used in storm totem to raise totem's damage
Niche, but I like it. Good call out!
I did a double-take when I saw IDing in the thumbnail of a Last Epoch video.
2h maces are used for FG armor minion crit build. But anyway you need basic crit chance.
2h Maces don't allow you to use Void Cleave, so they're pretty unusable for FG minion builds.

We're on te same boat :)
Id' like a document to summarize this kind of thing but it would probably be a hard task to create and maintain.

Didnt you skip the sentinel helmet with strength?

You've pretty much answered your own question. Looks like you aren't giving yourself enough credit.

Can you explain why you’re not a fan of minion builds? Are they strictly worse or what’s the reason?
just not a fan, personally.
Noted, it all sucks!

You should try RAID shadow legends. The devs there made sure that everything is done for you and you don't even have to think.
