There are 22 bms in GP20, half of which come painted. including unpainted there are 14 possible colors. multiply 11 and 14 together and add 11 and we get all possible uncertified bms in this particular pumpkin, 165. meaning there's a 1 in 165 chance of getting a particular bm in this pumpkin and that doesn't include certs. triple that number and we get the chance of getting the same bm 3 times in a row (ignoring certs). that number is 495. so the chance of getting the same bm 3 times in a row (including paint, but not cert) is 1 in 495 or 0.0020202020%. those chances are pretty low.
total 41 bm in game and 12 colors. multiply that to get 492 possible black markets (not incuding cert) so 1/492 chance of getting it on the first try. you convert that into percentage and then multiply the probabilty by two to get a 0.00000413114% chance Edit: the chance of getting twice in a row
