I'm new to the Blazblue universe so can someone explain to me the Noel and v-No.13-'s interaction. I only bought the game bc of RWBY and didn't rly bother to search the lore of Blazblue.
Melanie's Invitations Noel is actually Prime Field Device Mu-12, the older sister unit to Nu-13. During their intro and outo they were briefly synchronizing before Noel snaps out of it.
Ehh.. Jin (pre-crazy) was jealous of the fact that Ragna and their sister used to be closer than he and Ragna were, so he was a naturally jealous person. But his sister gave him a sword that warped his mind even further. dude named terumi shows up, tells Jin about a monster called the Black Beast, that it came from Ragna, and that Jin is destined to kill him *fast forward a few years, a limb or two missing from Ragna later* The sword (Yukianesa) has basically turned Jin's jealousy and adoration for Ragna into an actual fucking problem.
I swear every persona character other than Yu sounds so weird. Yosuke sounds screechy, Chie like she has a mouthfull of food and Yukiko like she's wearing braces.
I really can't see how anyone said "Yeah, these are great English voices for Ragna and Jin" Because they sound so awful for them. Ragna isn't as bad as Jin though.
This is crap, I’m used to hearing the RWBY characters speaking English, but these English voices from the BlazBlue characters, the Persona 4 Arena characters, and the Under Night in Birth characters are awful, especially when the lip syncing is way off! The Japanese voices are way better!

And if you’re asking for my opinion on the dub, I like it. There are a few problems, like you said, the lip syncing during the fight quotes, but those are minor issues.
