    1. Not visualizing ( imagining an opponent/situation)
    2. Bad form (Subjective, But in general fully extend your attacks and keep them crisp)
    3. Being Unbalanced (Always be ready to attack/defend)
    4. Not Self-Diagnosing (Use a mirror if you can, Check your form, if something feels off diagnose it)
    5. Not Breathing Properly (Don't Hold your breath, breathe through your nose)
    6. Not Switching up your tempo (Go slow, Go fast, Don't do the same thing everytime)
    7. Being Stagnant ( Switch it up, don't let yourself only practice what you know, try to get reps of drills you're not good at, constantly evolve)
