Watching this once wasn't enough! It really is perfection and a feast for the eyes. As always, it's clean and light and airy with a wonderful flow! For me, the highlight is the kitchen + laundry area, where there's plenty of work space, adequate shelving, and a wonderful window to look out of while washing dishes. Also, where do you manage to find such amazing light fixtures?!
I had actually planned to refinish my basement last year but abandoned the idea when I found out the price tag. I get so caught up in the appeal of your small houses, I keep finding myself weighing the idea of knocking down my old, detached garage and building one of your small houses!!!

Love the storage space in the bedroom and balcony. The wooden design between the spaces downstairs is nice.. I would like to see in the kitchen that wall turned into all space. It looks like drawers from floor to ceiling. Wooden floor is beautiful! Stairs going up to loft would be also nice with storage in each step. Double sink in kitchen would also be great. Thank you for sharing with us.

Looks gorgeous, but I live in Florida & want to stay here. Dislike the windows cuz it rains here a lot. Also would like ceiling fans & a dishwasher. I suffer from a lot of health issues. Plz if you so kindly, provide me the price. I'm on a fixed income & can't afford a lot. The balcony is perfect for myself & my cat. Tanx!
