- An early morning rain couldn’t dampen the excitement at Mount Tabor High School on Monday. The band played as WS/FCS administrators lined the sidewalk to welcome over one hundred and fifty new teachers to the district. WS/FCS Cable 2 Photojournalist Kevin Wrenn shares how the 2024 Spark!
