Awesome review bro. My brother and I both have the sr80 pro. He also bought the yellow Atomic but I'm going to buy the sr85. It's such a fun, crusey hobby.
Thanks bro much appreciated 🙏 it's a really fun boat. A few mishaps that happened recently due to driver error. Once I went beyond the range of the transmiter and the boat stalled in the middle of a huge lake, thankfully, a kind boat owner got it back to me. Next I was riding the lake on a very windy day that makes the water choppy. This made the boat jump up and down on the waves. There is now a crack in the rear part of the bottom of about 5 cms. Nothing, some hot glue and super glue can't fix. Other than that, the boat is great so far. Hope you get yours soon 🙌
One more thing if you want the boat to go 5 to 6mph faster put on a 3 blade prop, big difference in speed, love 3 bladed props, that's all I use now.

Fantastic Review Bro! I have exactly the same boat they are super quick! I have a problem though with mine as I crashed it and the pointy bit of the hull came off 🙈 Do you kjow if and where you can buy a replacement hull?

One of the ways is that you can use fiber glass and epoxy to fix the breakage. Send me a picture there if you can. I will look for a replacement part in the meantime.

Thank you for your appreciation, my friend 🙏 The 3S lipo in the beginning was 5000 mAh, which lasted around 15-20 mins. Then the 3S shorty pack was 2200 mAh and lasted around 10 - 12 mins. Finally, the 4S that I used towards the end was 5000 mAh and lasted around 15-20 mins as well. Thanks for the great question 💪👌😄
Can I ask if this sr85 boat is suitable for 4S CNHL 5200mah battery with 90C discharge current? I think the 90 discharge current is a bit high so I'm wondering if it will burn other components?
