Flooding causes huge stress & expense even when it doesn't cause deaths. I'm always sorry for flooding victims and I hope they get adequate assistance.

last some years, we had so many dry era months to simply prepare, dig in the middle of all rivers, make it a deeper bed for future water...
and simply throw that middle sediment further out to build new barrier.
we did not, but could have.
sorry for all the people that lost their existence but remain with long term kredits to pay off... hope their lands help them rebuild their existence
