Good to see you Darwin! You’ve been missed. It’s impressive how much time and effort you’ve put into your pack, and the fact that it’s made out of recycled material is icing on the cake! Well done and hope to see more of you on UA-cam.

Just after I tell my fiancee that I'm done buying backpacking gear for the year you come out with this elegant pack. I know it's been a long time coming but you used quality materials, it looks like superior craftsmanship that you took through the gauntlet. I like that it not only looks rugged, functional, but also ivy League.

Darwin, thanks for all you do to inspire others to get out there. I'm 69 yrs young and have always been an outdoor person, but since checking out your videos, you have breathed a new passion in me for the trail. My wife and have fallen in love with the San Juan's so seeing the videos you provide us, offers places we never or maybe ne v er will see, so thanks from the bottom of my heart. Someday hope to catch up with you, have a Margaritas or two, and grow a friendship. Evolved Supply! Awesome! That's giving back!

There’s a lot of smart ideas here. Thicker camera daisy chain is something I’ve been asking for for awhile. I’ve stuck with my HMG pack (which I do love, but…) simply because I could run the Peak Design clip around the shoulder strap completely. Modular top strap is key. Nice job, man.

I own a GG Mariposa and I love it. I've always wanted to try out a roll top bag but I've had my reservations about them/money, but this bag is really tempting me. The outer mesh pocket along with the bottom mesh pocket has me very excited. I love how it's been created with recycled plastic but somehow still looks high-quality and rugged. Can't wait to see more of these on the trail. Maybe I'll get one and have the Mariposa as a backup bag/bag for my buddies. Can't wait to see what else you have planned Darwin! Any time you post a video, it's an automatic like for me lol

I just designed a backpack for my new product design course, and I used the ECOPACK material for my design. The material seems like it would be a backpack designers dream material. I bought this pack about a year ago and love it. It's my go to pack now for all my hikes. One thing I miss on this pack is a whistle on the chest strap. I think I saw this on an earlier prototype version. I have to carry a whistle (super light) but it'd be nice to not have that extra piece of gear as, if needed, I have to dig in and get it out vs having it right there when needed; i.e. for help, to scare away a bear, etc. Just something to think about for the second iteration.

How much load carry capacity do you find the hip belt adds versus without it? Considering the frameless design and relatively small attachment points versus a sewn in hip belt, I'm interested in how much weight really gets transferred to the hips. Awesome looking pack with a fantastically well thought out design!

I know that you're going through this evolutionary stage, but man...we really need some more gear review vids from you. The UA-cam community has been inundated with reviewers that just read the labels and regurgitate what their sponsors script them to and you can tell by listening to them that the only time they go hiking is to shoot a video (not just for the fun of it). Either way, it's great to see you back. I was about to send a SAR team for you. LOL

How does that fabric hold up against UV light, sun light. Did it degrade in performance over time? Are we able to apply nikwax to it? The design looks well thought-out you can tell years of experience bright out the end result. The fabric would like more info on. Basically are we able to make this pack more rain proof. -Short of being dunked into a river. And how does it hold up to sunlight over time??
