its easy ad long as u have a permit to work.. i can speak basic dutch but not that fluent atleast i passed the a1 dutch language and continuing to a2

getting a visa u must have an sponsor either family, business, partner of employment in order to apply a visa in Netherlands bcos they are very strict.
