They create a whatsapp group after the car reaches the service center. The manager, consultant and executive and the car owner is added in the group for proper clarity. And the photos and videos are share in it

I've faced service issues in Hyderabad. Service centers like Venkata Ramana and Orange in Hyderabad provided terrible customer service. When my Tata car's fan burnt out, I towed it to the service center expecting a warranty replacement. But they shockingly rejected my claim, citing a bogus reason - that I hadn't changed the coolant on time! There's no connection between the two. Despite complaining to Tata's head office, nothing changed. In conclusion, while Tata cars are India's pride, their after-sales service needs a massive overhaul - at least 100 times better! When buying a car, safety and features matter, but after-sales service is crucial for building loyal customers. After this experience, I ditched plans to upgrade to a New Nexon and am now researching brands with better after-sales service. I won't recommend Tata cars to anyone.
I have similar experience with Ramana and Ornage motors... Tata support executive least bothered about customer satisfaction.. i am getting my vehicle serviced outside now due to recurring problems these service center creates

I also have Tata Nexon in blr I started giving service outside local mechanic since all employees in Tata are fraud. My AC is not working since 2yrs if I drive continuously for 3 -4 hrs with AC . So I went to local mechanic I got to know AC coolant is empty and after that it never had issue just 1 example
It’s just simple, people are dumb enough to believe only company service centre is good enough to take care of the cars. Just reach an third party expert service centre and that solves the issue. I agree tata service sucks and company should be responsible in making it right but it won’t happen😢 easily.
Same issue came with my grandvitara which I bought in January but the solved it within 3 4 hours by maruti service center and it's working completely fine

Thanks a lot for your bold step. These people at sec 63 have been doing this to almost all customers and I was also a victim. After 3 times and 25k cost I was fed up and vowed myself not to visit ever here again. Also gave them worst rating on TMSC app and even the TATA's didn't care to reach out to me. The best thing is you didn't turn off the camera. The way you were talking and handling the situation was so good. This has not given any chance for the service centre to act other way. I like TATA vehicles but I would never like to own a TATA vehicle due to this kind of bad service experience.

I too faced similar scam by Sagar motors on my harrier. Service center changed complete fuel assembly and changed 2.5 lacs and even after 2 months they are not sharing bill for the same.

Yes, SAB Service centre, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad meri TATA Punch ka AC cool nahi kar raha tha. Mujhse AC cleaning ke liye 1000 Rs. Charge Kiye uske baad bhi performance theek nahi hui. Baad me maine bahar dikhaya pata chala ki SAB motor Service centre ne AC Filter clean nahi kiya tha. Worst service, Paisa pura lekar bhi kaam nahi karte.

All service centers should allow customer like us to stay there when our car is getting serviced. GOVT Should take a look on it

I've faced service issues in Hyderabad. Service centers like Venkata Ramana and Orange in Hyderabad provided terrible customer service. When my Tata car's fan burnt out, I towed it to the service center expecting a warranty replacement. But they shockingly rejected my claim, citing a bogus reason - that I hadn't changed the coolant on time! There's no connection between the two. Despite complaining to Tata's head office, nothing changed. In conclusion, while Tata cars are India's pride, their after-sales service needs a massive overhaul - at least 100 times better! When buying a car, safety and features matter, but after-sales service is crucial for building loyal customers. After this experience, I ditched plans to upgrade to a New Nexon and am now researching brands with better after-sales service. I won't recommend Tata cars to anyone.
I have similar experience with Ramana and Ornage motors... Tata support executive least bothered about customer satisfaction.. i am getting my vehicle serviced outside now due to recurring problems these service center creates
Go for Hyundai, Toyota or SUZUKI cars for peace of mind

I also have Tata Nexon in blr I started giving service outside local mechanic since all employees in Tata are fraud. My AC is not working since 2yrs if I drive continuously for 3 -4 hrs with AC . So I went to local mechanic I got to know AC coolant is empty and after that it never had issue just 1 example
It’s just simple, people are dumb enough to believe only company service centre is good enough to take care of the cars. Just reach an third party expert service centre and that solves the issue. I agree tata service sucks and company should be responsible in making it right but it won’t happen😢 easily.
Same issue came with my grandvitara which I bought in January but the solved it within 3 4 hours by maruti service center and it's working completely fine

Thanks a lot for your bold step. These people at sec 63 have been doing this to almost all customers and I was also a victim. After 3 times and 25k cost I was fed up and vowed myself not to visit ever here again. Also gave them worst rating on TMSC app and even the TATA's didn't care to reach out to me. Also my car issue is unsolved. Total liars and cheats.

I too faced similar scam by Sagar motors on my harrier. Service center changed complete fuel assembly and changed 2.5 lacs and even after 2 months they are not sharing bill for the same.

2) नयी गाडी 3 महिने के अंदर आगेका टायर फटा..बोले आपकी गलती ...उसी दिन और एक ग्राहक टायर फटने के तक्रार के लिए गाडी लेके आया...
