The present set up box is not ladies friendly in the sense that ladies find it difficult to change channels like other service providers e.g. Tatasky, Cable TV, etc as changing of channels require jumping bet two groups of channels that take considerable time and confusion g fir non technology savy viewers.
Once the App based configuration is changed many more viewers would join!
Please don't make such comments it can be difficult for any person who has not used such type of set-top box and that applies to males as well, infact this is a user friendly UI, it is a little unconventional and takes 1-2 days to get used to but everyone i know who are using using this set-top box regardless of their gender can use it easily. Hope u understand what I am trying to say.

I just described my experince where twice I booked the set up box in the past and returned due to the described problems, though the picture quality is as Good as Tatasky that I use.
I would prefer to go fir it once the app based setup box is made user friendly like others.

Bro i have same set up box but in my box there is no features which is shown in this video, there is no ott apps, not home page like this, only channels, why your set up box makes normal tv to smart tv but not mine, also when i click apps option on my remote so in tv it shows "coming soon" plz can you tell me why
Maybe it needs a software or firmware upgrade. Please contact the customer care or the person who installed your box

You can use your mobile's camera too while video calling in JioJoin. Your phone's microphone and camera will be used as input and your TV screen as an output for displaying video call content. Works very well. You may use any other USB external camera too. It works whether it's Jio branded or any other, just need to connect to your Jio STB's USB port.
In my area jio wifi is not available but setup box tv channels are available so what are the packs available for hd channel?

Set top box is NOT AT ALL USER FRIENDLY. For changing a channel you need to press BACK BACK OK BACK to go back to Main menu. Very IRRITATING steps, need to press four buttons to switch channels. And most of the channels are logging in through OTT apps like SONYLIV, ZEE5, HOTSTAR etc. Thinking big time of surrendering SET TOP BOX

No antena will be required just a single cable will come to your router and set top box will be connected with the router via wifi/lan cable .
No coaxial cable will be required.
All will be done over the wifi/lan
No additional antena will be installed
@@CELISTARGAMINGG thanks for replying, but i see in the back side of jio settop box there is a coaxial cable port for tv anterna port which like airtel dth that connect with roof antena , but without that antena this is just like firestick where by which a normal tv become smart tv
Yes thats the motive of this jio fiber box but with that by using the internet connection on jio set top box you can view live channels and you wont need any antena
@@CELISTARGAMINGG okk , but switching b/w channels in normal dth or cable provider channels is so fast , but that is so slow in the live channels when it comes from internet. like in one movement seeing news then switch to some sports channel then music channel like....
It is a con that you will have to face with the with this type of set top box
