Another masterpiece made by The Monty Pythons of The Heavy Metal. I didn't understand anything they said, except the word "Mallorca", but that doesn't detract from the greatness of this song, which is sure to be the Hit of the Summer in every bar on the Mediterranean coast.

Yes, But for schwanz -> tail you could also us its more slang meaning and say it's his "male genitalia" and that also fits with the "whipping" movement they do when they sing about it

But as probably every language has multiple words for everything to do with sex and bodily functions, shwanz does have a different "slang" meaning, and that is "penis" as you can probably guess from the motion they make when they sing about it. And those 2 different meanings are obviously the whole joke of the song Edit. TBH As someone from neighbouring Belgium i have to admit that i always thought that shwanz meant penis (as in the correct clean translation) until i got into a band called Feuershwanz a couple years ago and reactors translated it to "fire tail" and i actually looked it up...
