i also love the CST knobby, i hear a lot of people trash it and i do 90% of my riding on the street.
I think the people that trash it are not used to it and don't know how to ride it lol
to be fair the CST knobby is a good tire but terrible for high end speed and cornering. Even hitting a turn at 28-33 mph takes too much effort. Anything above that, even carving takes much much more effort and still is never as smooth as a street tire.
@@coldpanda I would agree it definitely is not a high speed rider tire, I am not a high speed rider and I have ridden this wheel at 40mph and I can see where people say it's unstable but in compromise it is a knobby and it's a good knobby haha
@@EUCWayOfLife absolutely it's a great knobby tire for off road and cruising in the 20s to low 30s for street. Plus I had it on my exn ( asked about your pads on fb yesterday lol) and it acts like a little suspension having the knobby.

Looking forward to seeing your results with a coil, I’m easily 250 pounds with gear and will also be looking at upgrading my Master once I get it. Thanks for posting your initial thoughts and info.
