    This is the oven I’ve had for about a year: I love it! Now summer’s almost here it’s going to see a lot more use over the coming weekends. Nice one, Tom.

    That's the same oven that I have Tom, we purchased ours earlier this year, and we certainly enjoy it, and for its easy use of taking it out to friends and about , enjoy it ....

      Thanks it’s a great little oven, heats up very fast and I can’t believe how light it is too! I’m used to using the Karu 16!

      Thanks! Usually make dough myself but if I do use the frozen one, I go with the dough balls from online retailer Adi Maria, based in UK

      I've been advised by a friend who owns an Ooni to get the Northern Dough Co. Pizza Dough Original. Stocked by Waitrose and Tesco.

    hi mmate can you talik about the tase? that is what we want to hear sure pizza looks good but. how do it taste ? as a pizza lover what do you think about the taste ? is it cooking them just right cooked all with no raw dough ?

      Thanks for watching, The taste comes more from your dough than the oven. I find a long ferment on dough (48-72 hours) usually produces the best taste, but it's trial and error to get it how you like it. The oven can make a difference too, i personally like the best wood fired ovens for that real artisan taste!

      Yes, by using a pizza turning peel

      I have a few different types, but my favourite ones are the ooni perforated peels

    Hi tom! New subscriber here! Amazing video by the way!
    How much is the max size of the pizza that you can make in this oven? In the video you did a 10 inch but im wondering if it can handle a 12".
    Also it doesn't come with any to like close it? Because i think the oven lose a lot of T° bc you never close the front before cook or in the moment of cooking. Thanks u mate! Cheers from usa!

      Hi Mate, Thanks for the subscribe! The Koda 12 can handle up to a 12" pizza, I usually go a bit smaller , just to give me a bit more room in the oven!
      Also, you don't need a door on the gas ovens, they purposely leave them off to prevent a build up of CO in the oven.

      Not recommended for indoor use, have you considered the Volt 12? Great for indoor use!

    wanted an ooni for years now. a friend bought me a koda 16 for christmas but got scammed. now i bought the 12 myself to lvl up my pizza game. should arrive in 3 days

      Yes, we always use Celsius in the UK, but I usually try to remember to put the conversion in the video too!

    I bought one and I am not able to switch off 😂, I have to close tje gas bootle all the time.
