Maxillary Right lateral Incisor carving

Step by step carving of maxillary right lateral incisor.
steps:
1. Draw midline and label each side of the wax block as labial, lingual, mesial and distal,
2. Crown length: 9.0mm
Root length:13.0mm
3. Divide the crown in 3 thirds- cervical, middle and incisal third,
4. Mesiodistal diameter of crown - 6.5mm
At cervix 5.0mm
5. Make trapezoid
6. Labiolingual diameter of crown- 6.0mm
At cervix 5.0mm
7. Carve the labial surface convex and outline the lingual half as S shape & remove extra wax
8. Now carve the lingual fossae with deep distal developemental groove and prominent cingulum.
9. Outline the conical, apically tapered root. Carve to remove extra wax.
10. Mark the cervical outline- mesial :3.0mm , distal :2.0mm.
