Suggestion: if you are carving on white wax, have either a darker background or use a dark colored wax so details can be appreciated some more. Nice video though.

Linek tooth carving manual is very useful for carving permanent teeth.
Also refer to Wheeler's dental anatomy book and Woelfel's dental anatomy book, While tooth carving.
Also Concise dental anatomy and morphology book is good.
