I love how they reunited in 1994 after all they underwent: the stabbing, Erica's trial, subsequent business drama, Kendall's intrusion. The fact those severe obstacles were unable to stall their electric reunion was a testament to their love.
This is so great! Thanks for posting I agree about the extreme close ups, but these two had great profiles! It works with them. I love when Dimi says "knowing that I was safe in your arms...." Makes my heart melt! So great! And the way Erica takes the key from him, locks the door,,turns & looks back at him. So great!!! Love it!!!

After they reunite, they went to Trevor and Janet's wedding. Not long after, Dimitri surprised Erica with a private wedding in the estate chapel (see wedding #2) during the Holidays.
Erica /Dimitri felt like a true love down to the soul. But they were so alike there was sparks. While I also think Jack/erica was a great love story - Jack always had a judgmental attitude. Jack lived a version that he wanted Erica to be ( not her true self). But the writers played on that and it made for good tv. I hated the way Erica/ Dimitri ended
Ahh, a man begging for the woman he loves..."somewhere btwn the bottom of my heart n the top of my soul"...wow...so sweet...hey guys am I the only one that thinks those kisses at the end in bed looked real...i know it was a far away shot but geepers those look pretty close to real...I am sure it was just great acting though...boy MN was so handsome...I didnt realize just how great these two were together...
When did this episode air? I remember she and Jack were sort of engaged around Halloween of that year, and then she broke it off, and this scene happened and Dimitri and Erica reconciled and married at New Year's, but I can't remember when she and Jack broke up and when this happened.
Jack's wife Laurel was in a car accident right around the time Jack proposed to Erica in 1994 and Laurel ended up in a coma.So thinking Laurel needed something to come back to Jack made a bedside promise to her that he would stay married to her and when he told Erica that he was staying with Laurel Erica understood why he was doing it and they broke up.Then shortly after that Erica and Dimitri reunuted
