Condoleezza Rice: "...when political scientists have no explanation, their residual explanation is culture. So, if you cannot explain it then it must be culture."

All those in public office need to learn a lot more about POLITICAL ISLAM instead of thinking of Islam as the Islam of Mecca only which concerns the religious aspects of Islam. Most of Islam is the Islam of Medina and is a political movement that is incompatible with the western world post Enlightenment. We in the west think in terms of secular democratic values, the best they can do is adopt some of the forms of democracy but a secular democracy is not possible in the Muslim world or anywhere else Muslims migrate and live. While their numbers are very small they are quiet, but as their numbers grow they will clamor for their way of life which is implacably intolerant of our ways. Nobody yet has figured out how to tolerate absolute intolerance by accommodating their demands because when they do not get what they demand the violence begins. The history of Christianity is not so different, we have had our reformation they have not. The Palestinians like their role as victims, the darlings of the intellectual left, and of course, Palestinian leadership loves the victim card , their riches and their job depends on it, so they beat their war drums and launch their projectiles. I believe when they get tired of being beat up maybe they will take the current deal offered and learn to live in peace with their neighbors. Until then we just need to ignore them, they’ll change when they are ready.
IDENTITY POLITICS is divisive and needs be stopped immediately. The academies need to stop teaching courses on: "Intersectionality is a theoretical framework for understanding how aspects of one's social and political identities might combine to create unique modes of discrimination." These courses are PURE POISON and injurious to the spirit of the Enlightenment. It is just redirected postmodernist dogma to fill a void in former and current Marxist intellectuals.

Paraphrasing Dr. Rice, with respect to democracy, "China's international relations are still based around interests. China, yet, has no view of how the world should look like."
It takes lots of books, thoughts and extensive experience to make such statement. I read volumes of political books today.
However, and for future studies, the view of “Justice” could be a possible banner that China might hold as oppose to democracy.

What she said is a joke. US policy has always been America's interest first. Under the policy of Rice's boss, the government started multiple wars against other countries, and hundreds of thousands were killed. I guess that is her view how the world should look like.

Absolutely not, that's Islamic thinking. The Chinese are not interested in justice.
Thankfully, China is not part of the Islamic world. China is the center of the Confucian system and as the recent veneer of European
inspired Marxist-Leninism wears off, the focus will be almost entirely on trade and harmony. China has no interest in reforming or interefering in other societies and nations.
Unfortunately, the U.S. adopted a policy of interference and reform during the Wilson era and it has bankrupted the U.S. both geo-strategically and economically.
Condi Rice appears to suffer from this Wilsonian disease. It's a failed type of flawed thinking that creates many more enemies than allies.
Societies need to change and reform from within, otherwise it won't last, especially when imposed by a far away Western power.

Some could argue, it's amazing how ingorant she is. The Iraq fiasco is a great case in point. Many of us still fail to understand how Saddam Hussein threatened American security. The bad intelligence excuse just doesn't wash anymore.

I wonder if Amazon will be advertising her book for purchase in the Middle East, specifically in Iraq.
It only took 10 minutes for Condi to discuss her blackness even though a couple years ago on PBS' show "Finding Your Roots" her DNA showed that she was a majority of European/Aryan descent. My apologies, she may be a smart, refind, and powerful woman but she was a willing accomplice to participate in Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL) and many other "fights in the Middle Eastern countries" to force Democracy on the people there. If people only knew the truth as what country is the biggest deadliest Bully on the planet. SMH ..
