    We use coconut in our daily food. It was a tradition to make spoons for Soupy boiled rice.

      @@rewachadha802 If you see these cup made from Coconut shells, you need to make a hole of a size of your little finger and a wooden round stick which can fit in the hole. The hole could be a little below the surface

      it does not break near perfect .. this way you can be certain it will not waste the coconut .. try yourself and see if you can break even like this .. we tamilian does not think all the way around

      We cut it half the coconut with big knife ! We are used to do so long we are skilled in it Sometimes we use other tool to shape it ! We cut with seesaw ! It is very nice to watch it Kindly reduce the Volume of the music !!

    If you make the hole to drain it in the middle where you used the saw to cut it in half you could make 2 bowls lol

      Vijaya Lakshmi good for health, hmm I doubt that!
      After all he put a chemical layer of paint/ varnish. Your food is going to be in contact with it. Paint breaks down lot faster than steel.
      Saves environment when used in large scale that can reduce the production of steel vessels plastics etc, but, not going to happen. Too much time consuming process.
      Good for hobby, crafts, keeping your mind occupied etc.

    This is really cool, but that saw looks kinda dangerous, it would be better to use power tools, but still this is great, although coconuts are organic reusing materials is great for the environment, you guys have the right idea!
